We purchase a new connection on 22nd Nov still no installation has happen .
Same your services provider not responding the call also ..he say us today technical will come no one has visit still .
We do not want the connection. ..

This is kasi Visweswar rao from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. For the past 24 days i am continuously follow-up with customer care and Airtel store at dabagarden, visakhapatnam to resolve the no signal issue but all my edforts became futile.

The mobile no is [protected]. Actually the said no was not in use for many days. The main reason is we have misplaced our tab, however recently we got the same. Than we have recharged rs.399/-...

I can't send massage from my prepaid number to any other number not even to 121
I talked to customer care yesterday and today i got reply that it's because of bad network in my area, how foolish the ans. Is,
I gone at airtel office @ 3b2 mohali 3 times but did't get any help, they asking me that they send a mail on behalf of me but still did't get reply......

I have been airtel telephone user since 12 years. Problem started after conversion from prepaid to postpaid.
1. Team chased me and converted to postpaid.
2. Then they updated my name in their records incorrectly and started asking for documents for correction for their fault.
3. Airtel gave basic plan for my postpaid connection and started charging double the price.
4. Since i wasn't happy with their services....

I have been using airtel since 10 years and everything was working fine for me. From last few months, there is really poor network and have complained about the same.

Suddenly network has been stopped since yesterday for my postpaid connection. I've contacted airtel store and they provided a new sim stating that the old sim might be damaged. Still the new sim isn't activated and this is really annoying....

There is no proper network in my area (Pin: 530046- satavahana nagar). If the network is available by any chance, i'm hardly getting 2g signal which is of no use to browse my business mailbox. I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue in early august 2017, and i was told that the network will be upgraded to 4g by end of august and they guaranteed that my issue will be resolved which was actually not. I am a airtel postpaid customer for 2 months.
And need to covert to prepaid but when i went to store they said minimum time for conversion is 5 months, that is till 5 months i have to use in postpaid, but my usage is very less and i have to pay minimum rs.230 per month. I am holding airtel mobile connection no [protected] for last months. I am in nashik (Maharastra) which is a city of population more than 250 thousand. I am not getting range in mid of the town, neither for data, nor for voice. However my another airtel connection is performing pretty well.

Airtel are providing worst service i couldn’t imagine they are taking 10 days to activate a sim and yet it hasn’t got activated upset with it other networks take hardly an hour to activate. Hello, in my phone it shows that airtel support 4g network but when i want to use internet to send msg or use any app it does not working please suggest what i do. I am so frustrated i really disapointed by this. If my network will become good i will never use it after. My 399 plan become useless.
