Airtel — Not able to receive incoming sms, outgoing sms and ussd services on my number after national mnp | |||
Dear sir/madam, i am ravish. I am a new airtel prepaid national mnp customer who comes from bsnl prepaid network. I had port-out my bsnl network numbers to airtel prepaid network. But there is a problem in airtel port-in number. Now my problem is, after sucessful port-in i am not able to receive incoming and outgoing sms and also ussd not working. There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store but after 5 days no responce from them. Detailed information:- = 1. I am Alok my number is [protected] i have portrd my airttel mumbai to Karnataka since then i am not able to do outgoing sms . Porting was done on 13th March 2016 bit since today 21st August 2016 nothing has been done. I have done +100 compliant but it is of no use still no outgoing sms. Each time airtel customer care take done complaint number saying it will be resolved in 48 hours but nothing happened. When next time i quote the number they say it is resolved that is very pathetic. I am not at all satisfies with service
