Airtel — sim card dead after porting

I have made a porting request from vodafone karnataka to airtel assam since i was shifting my base. I got a confirmation text from airtel on 16th of march 2018 that my documents were verified and are forwarded to vodafone and after which i got a confirmation text from vodafone that port out is accepted and it will be initiated on the 3rd of april. Now my vodafone number stopped working and as per protocol i inserted my airtel sim and i am not receiving any signal and i am stranded without any network. Please look into the matter as i am facing trouble without phone.

Yesterday I was recharge 50 rupees I don't know why my balance is cutting please give me my balance and deactivated all services
Without permission don't activate services
Otherwise I will change my sim card

I am using Airtel number in my phone and they are every month gave me Bill of my number with late fee...

I have plan of 399 INR + 18 GST tax = 470.82.They are gave me every months bill which is 588.80. they said, this bill with last month of late fee..

I have port my aircel number [protected] to airtel but not showing airtel tower in my mobile help me up
I m using 4g sim in my 4g handset but we are unable to use 4g service on my No.[protected], we have already many time complains but no resolve my issue. kinldy consider as same.
I have ported my SIM from Airtel Delhi to Airtel Haryana and also inserted the new SIM. Even, after calling 59059, its offering me hello tunes and what not except option for tele verification or conversation with customer care. Plz, look into the matter.
No internet access
As I am 4g airtel user nearly 30 days I am not getting signals for airtel.instead of 4g I am getting 2g signal.i activated 4g unlimited plan.buy of no use.i want to port my sim if problem is not resolved immediately.if not resolved I will port my sim.now a days airtel is getting worst network.
I have porting my aircel to airtel, when it not activated, i have affected more issues that problems...stupit govt and companies...!
When Im calling to a number through my airtel number, it is saying 'All lines are currently busy' but im able to call using another network number. Arey they fooling us by giving us unlimited offers and restricting like this

I have applied to port my aircel no. [protected] to airtel at 15/03/2018, till now I didn't get any information from Airtel side I want the current status of my no. And I want to know my no. will change to airtel or not
