Executive called me saying that "he is calling from AU finance and you will get car insurance from AU finance". As I am an existing customer of Au finance I got convinced to switch my car insurance policy to Au finance. He collected the cheque from me on the name of Au finance asking he would mail me the details sooner regarding the car insurance policy. After collecting my cheque It took 3 Days of my follow up to get the proposal report...

The company did not disbursed the full amount of loan as approved and trying to recover full amount and when i insisted to correct them they have started using cibil and defamed my credibility and credit worthiness and it is strange that there is no system available in india to take action against such people but factually the company is shahukar in new avtar.
