Though we have self- decarded, and paid them as a subscriber, but they are suspended the profile, where there is no evidence,
kindly look in to this and get the proper service to customer .
one of the lady simple complaint against me, did she check my background and complaint against me, where is the prof on this, but matrimony blindly believe unpaid customer and put trouble paid customer,

however there has been no response at all. There is falsification of information on website and I called customer care and raised this complaint and followed up 10 times..there has been no response at all or an update.

Bharat Matrimony has debited amount from my card without even notifying this to me. I don't remember that they have their auto debit option visible to all while making the payment and by default its enabled.

We as member know when to renew the membership, not by yourselves Bharat matrimony. I am bit worried that how many of them impacted already such this kind of activities.

My account got suspended without any proper intimation, I have raised a complaint BM25032021 and its almost 10 days for each update/queries simple executive takes 4 days and dragging a lot to activate back .
