I am a broadband user for last two years and I am using the Bill Plan - BBG FN 500. This plan has an unlimited night usage (2AM -8AM) and I have scheduled my downloads to this free time. Since that day, nothing happened but regularly bsnl billing dept sending bill for non used period.One bill was paid by me and when I enquired about customer care at1500, they replied to ignore the bill but they registered my complaint No.68731124 dated 14th Jan,2012.
