Hi, this is very unfortunate that i had cancelled my policy on 26th march'19 but still my amount is not refunded in my ac and i am continuously calling to customer care as well as they are not getting resolution so kindly support to refund the amount on priority as soo many days have already passed kindly confirm is this the right way to deal with customer whereas 14 days crossed, i am requesting for resolution else i have to seek alternate...

I had paid the renewal of my car insurance on 23rd march 2019; however I have not received the policy documents soft copy till 27th march. After several contacts to customer care they are least bothered and are telling i[censored] wish u can go ahead a file complaint in consumer court but we can not provide the document due to technical issues. On jan 8th bharti axa didn't issue my policy even though amount of 1.6k was debited. I raised this issue with them asking for refund providing confirmation from my bank stating the transaction. They are now not ready to refund as they claim the policy was for february and that they can't process refund after the expiry date. I followed up with them every single day and yet no response....

This is to inform you that i had my flight from goa to new delhi on 20.03.2019 at 9:30 pm. This flight was delayed for 2 hours.
