I am new maruti wagnor purchase (Mh12pc1828), before purchases discuss with showroom executive, he said about bharti axa general (Policy no:-fpv/13678981/81/04/005451-police period 16-apr-2019 to 14-apr-2020) insurance policy rules, for only processing fees 1000/- rs only, there is no any extra amount paid, so last 3 month my maruti wagnor car accident in loni kalhor (Pune) area, near by maruti suzuki service center,...

I've discontinued my policy. It has lapsed. But I am getting 1-2 calls everyday from your customer care and they are so irritating asking the same question every time.

Does there not exist a system at their end to mark a customer as DND at least when he has stopped this irritating business with you? Also, as it is from a call centre, I get calls from different numbers. So, it does not look wise to block all those numbers either....

My self Bhupinder Singh I work in Bharti AXA life insurance company Delhi . I resigned that company 2/06/2018. My manager Ashok Khanna approved my resignation I have mail resignation approved. Bhut still HR not provide me reliving letter. I also received full and final payment 750 rupees in my account. But company not mail me my relieving letter. I had wrong commitments and miss guided from Roshan Mumbai office ( [protected] / [protected] not it is Switched off ) to take policy Elite Advantage[protected].
I don't want to continue this policy as I already told them that I need 5 year investment plan only.
They informed me that we have 5 Year plan for elite advantage. And explain me complete plan that I have to invest 3 lacs ( 60000*5 ) and after completion of 5 years...

I hold a motor insurance policy with bharti axa, recently i have been victim of a fraud which was totally a fault of wrong values of selling policy by bharti axa, their sales people are full of lies, and the after sales support is below average, i am getting no solutions to my issue from the company and their guys are just wasting my time, the details are as follows.

Myself and my family travelled to usa, on a short trip for 20 days in may 2018.
To protect ourselves during this travel period, taken a travel insurance from bharthi axa called, "smarttraveller essential - us$ 200k" (Protection up to 140 lakhs approx) for all three family members separately on may 13th 2018. (Policy number:sr624184/sr624185/sr624186)

My car got accident one month earlier and i had register claim online but i didnt get the approval i have filed a complain against claim handler as he is not giving me approval to bharti axa customer care after that the claim handler called me and said complain kar k kuch nhi kar paoge main file cancel kar raha hu koi claim nhi milega khud k paise se banwa lo car my claim id is i9m06lhu and policy number is sa 775787...

I am bearing huge loses of not having a car from last 3 months due to the delay of action.

Most pathetic experience, i am still unable to understand, how could you be so unprofessional & irresponsible, i have 4 more cars with insurance from ur company & i am afraid that i may not like to continue the relationship any further by at such attitude....

Today april 29, 2019 at 09:35 am i got an sms from hdfc bank as following

"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd with value rs.50000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

I contacted with my hdfc home branch. Personal banker could not help me on this.br...

My policy no j9114048. Today i went to yashoda hospital secunderabad for my son's medical check up. Doctor advised a minor surgery. When i approached insurance section at yashoda hospital secunderabad, they told me that there is no tpa service on my policy. I called customer care toll free twice and they are not responding properly. Further one of them advised to mail customer care. I was surprised with this answer....
