deactivation of hungama services

unnecessary Debit of charges

3G Network

BSNL promises 3g network in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, but you don't get signal for 3-four days and then you get it for a few hours. Complaining them doesn't help as every time those customer care people will tell you to restart your phone and it is almost impossible to contact them as it takes hours to connect to any of the customer care people....

Customer Care not Attending the call

Unwanted Subscription of BSNL Services and Deducting Money

For last 2 months, BSNL is deducting my money by subscribing its services without my knowledge. Also, customer care is not very supportive. They keep giving me wrong numbers o[censored]P west zone. Till now, about Rs. 40 have been deducted in order to stop this service. Now, I have managed to stop the service by sending messages to BSNL. I want my lost money back from BSNL. This is indeed very shameful that BSNL started the service on their own...

Deativation of Hungama plan - regarding

Sir, I want to deactivate the BSNL HUNGAMA PLAN pertaining to my Land Line number[protected] immediately as I am not interested and more over I didn't use or open the so called HUNGAMA plan. so I request you do the deactivation urgently and refund the extra amount charged for last two months, i.e., 4/2014 and 5/2014, and same amount may be credited to my BSNL Land line bill in future....

unwanted bill, unsubsribe and cut the amount
