My candes fan is not working since 10 days and I had claimed my warranty and they also raised ticket with complaint no. And told me that they will reach maximum 5-6 days and it's already been 8 days ...and they are not replying ...first of all they they raised complaint no. in 2 days and now not providing service...this is the worst company I have ever experienced.🤮🤮... I m waiting for resolution since last couple of days as raised complain on 12.05.22, but every day they given timings within 48 hours, but no one come, they r fully harassing me...

Bought ceiling fan of candes company in april 2021 came with 3year warranty but after 3 months fan was not working. Complaint done many times by mail, watsapp, call but still i am waiting for resolution and they are not responding....

I purchase a gizer from Amazon since 25 September 2020. It has 2 years warranty, When I call customer service for my service related issues they provide me a number and said that to what's app Bill Receipt to this number, After that I send that receipt and also texting in that number, but I didn't receive any type of reply on it, then I also call in that given number which customer care provide me for my service, all the time mobile ranged...

I purchased fan from flipkart of candes two fan stop working after one month i complain for both fan two times but their is no response from candes team. candes customer care person not listen problem they cut call. i complain mail or whatsapp but no response. Now i want to get my money back....

I have registered a complaint on candes whatsapp number on 5 July 2021 with complaint number [protected] regarding fan not working which is not working. They said our service team will visit your address within 5 to 7 days but nobody came to my house and when I contacted your team they did not reply. I also mailed customer service but they are also not replying. Today is 28 July it's almost 23 days since no one is listening from candes....

I have purchased the fan on Jan 2021, the fan were order from flipkart, the company send 1 fan where i order for combo pack, i have to wait for 15 days to get the combo fan . After received the fan work for only 2 months and stop working . Now i have raise request to rectify the fan, till now i get the response only that the part is on the way from last 2 months . so horrible service from candes customer service .Please do not purchase this...

Very sad after buying their low quality products (stabilizer) and wasting money. These guys are running a scam they will send faulty products and keep giving you excuses, and then suddenly claim hey have changed their policy and give impossible conditions for resolutions.

Total scam wrt to positive feedbacks, they send you messages and emails to give them positive feedback in exchange of extended warranty for their faulty...

We have bought geyser about 4 months back from amazon. Item delivered was defective which was replaced later on and working fine. But it stoped working after 30th january, so we raised complain against it on 1st feb, we got reply that within 48hours customer service person will come to fix the issue.
