Free recharge Team,
Yesterday I received an email on 205 cashback on postpaid recharge USING free recharge app,
But I am yet to get the cash back for recharging my postpaid mobile no: 971191**30.
I have written 3 reminders on the same..and still no response..
2ND CASE: TWO TIMES I RECAHRGED FOR 200 RS AND MY RECHAREG WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL AND THE SAME AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD, , , THIS IS CHEATINGA ND FRAUD BY FREE RECHAREG..

Not recharged even after transaction was successful

Did a tatasky recharge of rs 500 and on the next day got know that the accounts hasn't been recharged.
Then i searched for customer support numbers and bwah got to know that they don't have any.
Then i thought if i want to contact them then i have to do the complaint form as i have no other option. Then when i contacted them the reply came "we are super sorry for that mistake...

D2H account not recharged
Cheating Customer - Freerecharge.in
I tried recharging my Videocon D2H account on 15th Apr 12 for an amount of Rs.430/- (Rs.420/- for D2H + Rs.10/- for couriering coupons). Unfortunately, the [protected]@ account has not recharged but an amount of Rs.430/- has been billed against my credit card.
I request you to kindly reverse the money for an amount of Rs.430/- or recharge my Videocon D2H account for an ammount Rs.420/-.br...

I recharged on 21st Dec 2011, but received the free coupons on 31st Dec 2011 at 2:00 PM. Moreover, I didnt get all the coupons I had ordered. This has happened thrice now and i must say that freerecharge.in has a very poor sevice and we should stop dealing with Freecharge. Last time it happened I sent an email to www.freecharge.in/cs but no one responded. Very disappointed with their service....

On 6th Sept 2011, I tried to recharge my phone with Rs. 333 from my Airtel Service Provider using my Freerecharge account with id: davinkeithlewis. I first tried using my HDFC bank account which failed and generated Order Id. 5449462. I then immediately tried using my SBI account from which the amount got deducted in no time, however no recharge took place.Neither did I receive an Order ID.

This is a fraud company never do recharge using freerecharge.in.
I used their service to recharge my reliance number first time i got the amount and got the coupon as well . Then after few days I used their service again and this time I recharged two times and both the times my money got deducted from net banking account and I didn't recieved any recharge or refund after 15 days I wrote sevaral e-mail and got reply that...

I recharged my mobile # [protected] through the website www.freerecharge.in on 21.03.2011 for Rs 333.00. No recharge amount has been cr to my Airtel Mobile. I have put complaints on various websites and still no results. I dont know why there is no control over the fradulent websites like recharge.in. Not only me but a number of people are facing the same problem while recharging their mobiles. Nobody seems to be helping. Please someone look...

The great Indian trick.
I recharged my airtel account through freerecharge.in for Rs 200. Apparently, airtel had modified their Rs. 200 scheme and any recharge done for Rs 200 goes into the 3G account now. There is no information about various plans on freerecharge.in. Airtel refused to acknowledge this saying it was 3rd party recharge they are not responsible. freerecharge says it's provider's problem that they keep changing...
