How does an individual take on a Business Enterprise?

Legal system in India is known to be very inefficient & slow.

Do Organizations like [URL=http://www.tatasky.com]Tatasky[/URL] exploit consumers because of the tardy legal system?

Recently I have been short-changed by Tatasky - a company belonging to the famed Tata group.

See the mail I sent them below.

My desire is to alert others who might also end up in similar situation.

I need advise on how to proceed against Tatasky and get a refund from them.

I am having Supersaver Pack and sports goldpack as addotional. I want to delete the additional pack and add sports platinum pack as fresh additional pack. I,m not able to follow the symtem rather I don't have time to spend for it. Please do the needfull immediately.

I have never been a Tata-Sky customer. I have never subscribed to their services. Still I keep on receiving messages from the company (TA-Tatasky or TM-Tatasky)about pending payment dues,recharging remenders,etc. on my personal mobile number. I hope this is total violation of one's privacy and results to mental harrassment....

TataSky - No signal

I have been using Tatasky since more than 1 year now... My ID No. 1010687067

Since the month of November 08, I am getting "No Signal" daily from 0500 to 0900 hours.
I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times on phone and through mail) but the problem
is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.

Kindly do the needful....

TataSky - Tatasky helpline doesn't allow me to change my package

This week (1st June 2008) I came to know that tatasky has revised their packages and I wanted to change to a lower package and I have been trying their helpline 040-66006633 since 2nd June 2008 and though I'm able to go upto the menu and choose options there after a recorded message about one of their product comes repeatedly at the cost of us -- I'm charged for the long unending wait time.

This is happening for 4 days and today 6th June 2008, I was trying again and things have not chaged. I'm unable to change from higher package to lower package and tatasky would...

I am forwarding my grievences, which is against Tatasky.
This LOOT is going on all India basis by Tatasky.

Further, I want to know consumer court in/around Delhi, where I can lodge complaint and also a PIL (procedure) against Tatasky besides various concerned ministries.....
for My Countryman to be Served Properly...
As they Always say that our representative wil contact shortly but very seldom do ... and

Pl. read and advise...

TataSky - Non Installation of DTH

I am a existing customer of your Tata Sky DTH isnce long under the Customer ID 1013806722.

On 03/11/2010 I bought another Add-On connection(No 1-8152095214) for My parents through your direct Telephonic Executives by making payment of Rs 999/- through Credit Card.

Till the day I have not recived the connection at my home irrespective of the fact that I have clearly told your telephonic representative that I need that connection installed before 5th as this connection is a gift to my parents on the eve of Dewali and he assured me of Installation within 48 Hours.

I had sent the following letter to the CCOO of Tatasky only, to receive no reply, Wondering what has gone with tataSky.
The letter explains the problem clearly.

This is in regards with the continuing problem of the channel offerings from TataSky and the rate at which they are offered.
People bought TataSky with trust in the name of the brand 'TATA' not knowing that they are going to face problems relating to it.

TataSky - Not Showing the free to air channel - Peace TV

Dear All,
Its bad that TATASKY is not willing to broadcast a free to air channel, even upon multiple requests since 6 months. Every time I get an answer that they are working on this and will get back as soon as possible. But no Luck :(

Does any one also having the similar complaints?
Hope TATASKY may soon broadcasr PEACETV.
