I bought an 24gm dairy milk chocolate for 20rs today.
CODE - A11025 C 1 4 PKD - 10/21
I gave it to my 4yrs old nephew and she asked me to unpack it and I immediately noticed fungus all over the chocolate.I was shocked i regularly buy dairy milk chocolate and it never happened before. I'm glad she asked me to open it. Who's going to take responsibility for consumers health?.I need an answer....

The quality of dairy milk chocolate is getting bad day by day and is not even having the taste as before....

Sir my name is Varinder Singh and I have a restaurant in patiala punjab .I sell your choclate from last seven years .I have a complaint about your distributor in patiala which cannot replace or return my all expired choclate from me which worth is 7k to 10k.When I ask them to replace my choclate they always told me now company has close the replacing procedure and it will open next month but again next they have same reason .So please replace...

The jar of cadbury bournvita 200 gm i bought was only half filled...its been going on for sometime now..wverytime i get a new jar the amount is decreased by precious one...may be in next few times...

Dairy milk is my favorite chocolate. I test every new editions.very tasty. But I bought that chilly orenge edition and to be honest, it's the most worst version of dairy milk, I just wasted my 40 rupees. One major request from me is that while you make plain chocolates please provide same taste to every chocolates. While comparing with other chocolates such as galaxy, Snickers etc. Issue with dairy milk is that if we need tasty chocolate...

Few days back I purchased pack of Cadbury Dairy Milk Minis from Khurana Grocery Store. The date mentioned on pack is 16/06/2021. But it looks like the company repacked its expired batch. It looks like it is rusty. I request you to replace the pack....

Metal found in 20 rupees dairy milk choclate.

Very shocked to see this for such a well knowned brand.
Could be dangerous if eaten.

Please improve the quality of product while packaging....

Sir iam the owner of shivani fast food from gwalior company has sent gifts for p7 counters for diwali in wihich there are two choclates one sanitizer and one mask that i have not received till yet I don't know where it is and from 7 years iam not receiving any gift from cadbury this time i received message for gift that why I know that there is a diwali gift for my shop...

I bought 2 dairy milk silk both of them had very foul oil smell and muddy taste.
They also had white bumps which made them look disgusting.
I really wish I could attach the smell as well....

Cadburys is a huge brand they sell rotten fungus chocolates in boxes of celebration I bought 5boxes on Diwali to distribute and when we emailed to company with a full proof there executive called and started arguing with false excuses on product n offered us with 3-4 chocolates cost of 70/- to us ...really you people should be ashamed of this ...company emailed me with n false excuses instead of accepting there fault ..dont forget company...

I bought a Cadbury silk Oreo chocolate yesterday from a local store in jammu. When I opened it, its inner wrapper was looking oily, it had a fowl smell and its taste was also strange. When I contacted the shopkeeper, she refused to accept it....

I got the call from your executive against my complaint but sorry to say m not satisfied with your revert as your company is giving me same 1 celebration box in exchange of celebration box ... chocolates are rotten covered with fungus the product was totally rotten I bought 5boxes of same celebration one and distributed to my relatives and friends on Diwali as i kpt one box for my son and we opened the box chocolates came out rotten ...instead...

I had purchased cadbury family pack which was not sealed and there was one line less in the cadbury...

Today I ate a cadbury dairy milk which came in a gift pack (the celebration pack). It was gifted to me by my uncle. When i opened a bar of dairy milk I found that the colour of the chocolate was completely white and the the taste was also different. I did not like the taste at all. Also when I checked for the date, I was completely shocked. As there was no date mentioned on the packaging. There was no date mentioned on any of the packaging...
