I have tried to booked the 2 tickets for Gader-2 on 17th August 2023 through Cinepolis website. They are using CC Avenue gatway for their payment processing. The amount of 521/- was deducted from my account, but tickets were not booked. So I personally visited the Theater. Booked two ticket for 1200 on 27th Aug 2023.

On reaching Cinepolis VIP center Square Mall security informed no parking available as MG road did not have any paid parking available hence we could not watch movie.

When mall is charging 600 rs for a ticket cinepolis should ensure movie goers have ample parking available as the customer cannot park vehicle on road and come for a 3 hr movie....

AC not working and staff are really worst and seats are also very bad full show AC not working want my money back...

I had made first booking on Cinepolis website with order number[protected] for which payment showed as pending on my credit card. Then I made another booking with order number[protected] with UPI payment, this time my money was deducted but did not receive ticket again
Kindly refund my money urgently...

But as per theater they were not having such show for that timing so the team appologised and said we will raise refund till today they havnt issued any refund i need to call them for 10 times atleast so that i can speak with them after that they respond that we are working on it and they doesnt...

Booked a ticket for omg2 on 22/08/2023 at cinepolis eta binnypet mall. Was a total of 251rs. Redeemed my 60rs in my Cinepolis club point and 191rs from my bank account.
When I reached the place I had not got my ticket on the app. In return I had to pay at the counter also.
When I raised a complaint on their app. It was useless as they don't have any contact number or response to my complaint.

Right now I am at Orion East Banaswadi, watching. Omg 2 10:30 pm show at 22/08/2023 and 1st half have been over, the entire first off movie did not have proper sound and i feel they have done it with purposefully . Kindly look into it ....

I booked 2 movie tickets using your mobile app on 13/08/23 after payment was done your pathetic app redirected me to another page and then there was no ticket visible i don't even receive a message or email form Cinepolis team that my booking has been confirmed or not but i made the payment.After this incident i tried reaching the support but they are not available i emailed them at [protected]@cinepolis.com but wither they shut down...

I made a booking of 2 tickets for movie OMG 2 for Date :13/8/2023 Venue Cinépolis VIP Viviana Time: 10:00am Seats D1 & D2. Ticket cost was ₹1400+ 118. I was told to make a payment of 1458 after reducing my 60 Cinépolis loyalty points. I paid through Google Pay but did not receive the tickets inspite of amount being debited from my bank account.

Appealing here as there is no help/ support on the app...
