I booked movie tickets in Cinepolis app.Amount has been debited but i didn't recieve any ticket.And amount has not credited to me.

On 17/Dec/2023 9:45 I booked 3 tickets for ANIMAL at Screen 1 with seat no E9/10/11. I dropped my wallet during the show, after the show I was going to parking space, on the way & I noticed that I didn’t have my wallet with me. I complained at Esplanade Cinepolis. I booked 2 tickets for animal movie at cinepolis unity one Rohini in Audi 1 seat number 1-2 as they were reclining seats and the seat was broken and it was so uncomfortable to seat on that seat I complained the staff about the same but there was no action from there end .
The seat was bend and tilled to centre and really was not able to sit on that seat and left the movie before an hour !...

Continuous Disturbance from Drunk man Seats (L7-) in the Seat next to me. The man is clearly drunk as he is unable to walk properly and one can know it from the bad smell from him a mile away.
Clearly the staff has allowed them inside the Theatre.
When asked to atleast move to an other seat, they have started cussing...
