[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — reliance data card could not be activated

I had ordered online a reliance data card for internet an got delivered on 31 march 2009. I was provided my pin number after i had called the firm on 1 apr 2009. But to my notice it could not be activated due to incorrect pin number provided to me. I called and i was confirmed that the problem will be solved. But even after a week my problem is still unattended and i am not able to activate my data card. On repeated calling, still i have got no solution.

We have recently Purchased your Product “RELIANCE NETCONNECT” through your Distributor / Dealer Namely “ Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd” Mumbai, we had purchased this product on 17/06/2009 after paying 3, 500=00 Cash against your Device Charges & also presented relevant documents on the same day as required by them.
Till date the device has not been activated it is almost 6 days now, so far the device is not active, more over we had called them up more than 4- 5 time, but we are not getting any sort of responses from them.
We had gone for this product because of the services provide by Reliance is Not Questionable, although we had options of going ahead with Tata, Airtel products, we chose RELINACE just because of the Quality Service provide by them, if this sort of services is provided by your Dealers we think we have made a very big mistake by going ahead with Reliance product.

However this is an earnest request as a Customer to you that kindly monitor this matter closely & do the needful so that I get started with your product .
Vriti Infocom - Cheating & Fraud

This is Harpal Singh from Bangalore. I have purchased the Reliance
NetConnect Broadband+ Internet device from Vriti Infocomm after applying
online. I paid Rs.3500/- by cash on 23-May-2009. After that connection is
not activated upon several written requests. When I asked for refund, they
mentioned that the request is forwarded to concerned department but no
contact details are furnished despite 100 of e-mails from me. Every day
when I contact Customer care, they reply that they will come back with the
information. When I contact Reliance Customer Care, they say they have no
clue of this & I need to contact the agency from where I have
purchased. I am tired of making calls to Vriti Infocomm because everyday a
commitment is given to me but nobody reverts. Pls. help.

I bought a data card from a supplier who is our official supplier and claims to be reliance employee on 16th of June Named Mr. Ritesh and his contact no. is [protected], on the very same day I had given him all the proof required for activation, and he committed that same day it will be on by 8.00 p.m. when it was not on, I was told that tomorrow somebody will come to your residence and collect the voter I card which that person never turned up and wrote no body is available, after yelling them with these so called employees of reliance a person came after a week and he commited the same, but till date my data card is not on.

Why I am writing to customer care is if this is not on by today evening I will take you to consumer forum, and you are requested to please take my data card back at return my money vicI am not at all interested for this kind of a service.

We have placed an order for RELIANCE LEASED line 2 months back and the link is not delivered to us . As per the demand from Reliance we have deposited the 1 month's rent also. Its the highest limit o[censored]nprofessionalism.

Please dont buy Reliance Netconnect broadband connection through vriti infocomm Pvt Ltd, they are cheating the people very cleaverly. I[censored] place the order online u will get call from vriti infocomm and they will get money 3500/- and u will get modem thats it. then no phone calls nothing u lost your money. be aware.

And i[censored] call anybody, they will try to get money from you, but nothing will hapen.
If all of you are suffering from VRITI INFOCOM then why don't to directly go to the Chief Marketing, it will certainly help all of you becuase a sting is must for them to know what their marketing people are doing and how effective are they for thier company.

i too had the bad experience from VRITI INFOCOM here in bangalore.It took 6 days for me to activate the card and during this period the guy who delivered the card didnt even answered my call and he also told it's free for the first month without any rental but to my surprise when i called reliance costumer care, they said
there is no such offer of this kind.Now again i was calling the same guy to find out this and again he is not answering the call intentionally by disconnecting it.I am ready to lodge a consumer complaint on these

This is regarding the false commitments and information provided over the phone. As we all know how tele-callers calls in to sell their product. I also received a call from VritiInfocom (Sector 63 Noida) and after listening to the Sales Executive, I said that I would get in touch with you after making up my mind. But the Sales Executive threw an offer to me saying "Sir, if you purchase from us today, I will give you first month's bill waived off. And I will give you Rs. 850 plan under which you would get 3GB day usage and unlimited night usage."

So I made the payment and now when I got the confirmation call for the activation and I tried to confirm this information, they say there is no such plan or waiver given from our side.

Since then I have contacted their Customer Care so many times but no help has been given so far. I tried surrendering the data card but my initial cost for the data card (Rs. 3400) will not be refunded.

Please guide me in the right direction so that this issue gets solved. It has started giving me night mares.

This is to inform you that I have placed an order of Reliance Broadband Plus on 9th of July, 2009 and got the delivery on 10th of July, 2009 at my residence through Mr. Santosh (M-[protected]) and paid Rs.3500/- in cash. As he said you will get the original bill and a trip of Goa with in 7 days and after the activation of data card you will receive a call from customer care but still I am waiting for the same, I require the original bill because I have to show it to my office.

So this is my request to you that take it as on priority and send me the bill ASAP.

Reliance Data Card — Activation of Card and free package

I purchased a data card on 08 Jun 09 after seeing the 24 hours delivery and activation associated with 2day 3 nights package to Goa. But after 4 days it still to be activated and there is no mention of tour package.

Reliance Infocomm Ltd / Data card — Worst service provider / Bill first service not in list

Myself Pratik Batua is holding reliance data card with #[protected].I was charged wrongly continuously for two months (1200Rs and 3500Rs).When I complained to customer care they got ready to wave off half of my bill amount both times and told me that it was some issue from their side. But when I refuse to pay even a half off bill as it was way beyond my usage, they block my datacard.Now I am getting calls from customer care since last 2 months and every time I am explaining the problem that I faced b'coz of them but unfortunately haven't got any solution. I am waiting from last 2 months to get my data card activated as I have paid 3500Rs. for it. I suggest every one to not go for reliance as they are zero in service.

I got the data card after a week, and after paying the amount it is not activated. And more over the representatives in delhi as well in bangalore are not able to respond properly. They even not updated my documents in relaince.

Same Vriti. Same Fraud. Purchased data card. Activated after i ran pillar and post for 5 days. Then, they debarred services[protected] reason[protected] negative address verification!!! They never visited. Wat to do?????????????
After doing lot of chasing finally datacard got activated in 4th working day of purchase. Noida Vriti team is very very lezy. Guy called Albert from Bangalore helpmed to get this work.

i am a customer of your Data Card service, Recently I have booked my data card thru your website www.connectindia.in/Reliance-Data-Card



on the time of purchase sales executive of vriti Infocom told me the activation of data card will 72 hrs.

i have submitted my all the document and payment on 13 may 2009. its almost 10 days now my card is not activated

and when i am trying to call executive or their office phone no body is picking up the phone.

After reading all posted by customers I came to know there is something wrong with service and its harassing for all the customers please do some strong action against. Now its question of company reputation.



Please consider my request either activate my card or kindly refund the amount paid by me at earliest

I dont know how but my credit card has been debited by Rs.3500.00 in July end. Then I got a mail from airtel.[protected]@vriti.com to click on a URL to get my holiday voucher.
Its definitely a fraud which I intend to take up with my credit card company.
Vriti people are really disgusting. i have purchased broadband data card on 25th aug 09 but till date i.e 31st aug 09 it is not activated. Wow wht a wonderful ineffeicient team it has to do their job. If they cant handle their customers and provide efficient service better to shut down rather creating problems to others. Highly poor srvices provided by this company So its my kind request do purchase form any other outlet but not from this .they r making people fool
