they keep deducting money every now and then .. i am fed up of stupid scores and bollywood updates that i have never askedd for and my money being deducted for no reason .. and whenever i casll customer care they make promises that they wud refund the money .. but nothing happens .. i hate aairtel

Iam having airtell no., [protected]and using for past 2months.The sim card WAS FREE AND i RECHARGED 2 TIMES FOR Rs200/-But i used talk value very low(that you can check with the system)approxmately Rs60/-.Now i lost more than Rs100.I dont know how it happened?I dialled your customer care for the clarification, but the answer iam not satisfied.one of the answer is i opted for caller tune (AR Rahman music).without my knowledge, how it will happen?Iam the only person using the sim for past 2 months.So is this the stradegy of issuing free sim card and gaining the value of sim card?please answer for this as early as possible.or give me the mail Id whom I have to condact.

Airtel Prepaid — Account not credited on recharge in roaming

My name is Mohammad Aftab Alam
and My Airtel mobile no is:[protected]
i had been using this no for more than 2.6years
This no. is of Mumbai, recently i am in kolkata my balance finished so i recharged with Rs.100 but i got Re.1 as talk time when i asked for the reason from customer care they said to call mumbai customer care for which i will be charged at STD rate since i did not had any balance i had no option but to again recharge.i recharged again with Rs.20 but i got Re.1 as talk time.
Now the situation is i have been cheated of Rs.120 and got Rs.2 as balance since i dont have sufficient balance i cannot make a STD call to customer care.
PLZ dont use Airtel it sucks. better switch to vodafone.

can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

I am Suraj Mandal, using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected]. in my number without any information you activate Matrimonias, Jiwan Sathi and other chargeble facility are immidiatly closed. i have activeted Mobile Office ( 98 Rs per mont ) but when i am concted mobile office that airtel Mobile Hungama active.

final Airtel company deduct my 60rs on my prepaid balance.

i am sure not download any video or game from Airtel live.

please wave my 60rs in my pre paid balance.
