Electrolux Make Model No.285 ERP Double Door
Dear Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No.285 ERP) on 8th April’06 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 102, D.H. Road, Behala, Kolkata-700 034 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. and the servicing has been done by M/s. Millennium Service Centre (Authorized Service Centre of Electrolux Kelvinator), 17, Roy Bahadur Road, Kolkata-700 034.
Recently, the machine has been given to M/s. Millennium on 5th March’08 since the machine was not exhibiting proper cooling. Specially, the lower half was not at all functioning properly and as a result water was coming out from machine all the times. Since then, I have contacted so many times to your officials like Mr. Amlan Ghosh (98300 62450), Mr. Mallick (93325 05335) & Mr. Niraj (98833 82700) and nobody has given satisfactory reply.
They have confessed that they cannot rectify the cooling arrangement from inside rather they proposed to install a condenser outside which is totally non-conventional and the said proposal was rejected by undersigned.
Meanwhile, I have been offered a proposal for replacement of ‘New Freeze’ by paying some extra money after deducting the depreciation amount (two years) from the purchase price of Rs.15, 000/- (April’06). I am not ready to pay the balance amount even as the machine is a defective one from the day. So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Kolkata office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to ICSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator.

Dear Sir,
I bought a refrigerator on the 27th of March, 2005. It is an Electrolux 320L Oxymax deluxe. I bought it from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon.
It gave me good service up till the 22nd of April 2009. On the 23rd of April, I registered a complaint with the customer care # 011-39404040. The complaint # for that complaint is – GUR2904090622. An engineer visited the site and declared the compressor was not working and gave us an estimate of getting a replacement under warranty. We agreed and he said he would be back with the replacement compressor on the 25th.
It has been more than one month. We have made numerous phone calls, talked to many customer care executives at 011-39404040, some supervisors, registered complaints online – sending emails to your customer care site, and we have had no further communication or more importantly any action with this regard.
I will be forced to take action and write to numerous newspapers, as well as, soon file litigation for “deficiency of service & breach of contract”. I really do not have any options left but to sue you for the damages. In the midst of summer we are having to do without a refrigerator that is under warranty with no action or communication from you. It has been over one month, and we shall soon have to buy a new refrigerator because of your company’s callous unprofessional attitudes towards service.
If you are able to get this work done on an emergency and priority basis asap, I will be mollified, and will defer any such actions.

My 4 year old fridge is again not cooling. it was last attended for the 4th time by volcare in nov08.
The two door 235L fridge is not cooling in the bottom portion.Every visit has been costing me about Rs 2000.
More over your call center is not reachable at 38404040. The same message is repeated that all executives are busy.Once i managed to get thro but Mr sukhad preet informed that the system is down and that i should try after one hour to get the complaint number.

i would like to drow your attention, i buy or referigrator on 15/5/2007, we are very much please and satisfied with you product,
But from last 8 day there is having some problum in over referigrator and compration is not work onlye its light woking cooling system and all are stop so we can't use over product, we make the complain to your rajkot delor "Neptune Electronics" for the repeir it, but they are just not reply properly. and every day i just give three time recall to your delor but some how the are not properly reply to us.
we are very happy to be the part of the esteem organization but this kind of apporch will spoile the reputation of your organization, i know that this is not folt from you site but the delor are not giveing the proper response so it ultimately effect on your reputation. so i am heartly request to you
please take the proper staps for this.

I am very glad to inform that i have purchased 320 L Capacity Kelvinetor Refrigerator from KALOL DIST-Gandhinagar ( North Gujarat) of Shree Electronics vide BILL no--55 dated 19/5/2008. During the month of Januaary-2009 my Refrigerator is suddenly out of order i lodged the complaint after three days engineer visited my home and reported Compresor faulty so after 10 days i got compresor and my compliant solved. again my refrigerator became faulty after one month again engineer visistedand declare compresor fauly after 20 days lapse again repalce compresor set right after 25 days agian my refrigertaor became faulty agin engineer visited declared compresor faulty agin repalce compresor after one month during 5/7/2009 again my refrigertaor became faulty engineer visited declare compresor faulty VIDE jobno-9299 dated 06/072009. In this Job i written i want only replcement of my Refrigerator even though till to day no any action has been taken
sir, during this whole summer season i am very very tired due to not availing my refrigerator so again i lodge a complait my compliant number is-AHM0507090060, AHM-0607090548, AHM1007090013, AHM110709832 but till the date nothing has been heared from your company and my complint has been removed without solving at customer service center
sir, this is a very very bad that no any person is taking a keen interest for replecement of my refrogerator. After passing a one week till the date i am suffering without refrigerator

I am frustrated and fed up pursuing the matter of the service company attending to my Eloctrolux fridge for the last month and a half. The freezer coil was replaced and together with gas i was charged Rs.2600/- by their authorised firm National Refrigeration, Kalyan, but the freezer does not freeze. Icecream kept in the freezer compartment leaks out and if kept in plastic box goes liquid. Ice forms and then melts and forms again. Ice collected in the ice tray becomes one block when melting happens and cannot be used. The phone numbers of the service company "do not exist' or are 'out of service'. My son purchased the machine from Vijay Sales Thane. After struggling for more than half hour on the internet he was somehow able to get the call center number for complaints where i have made half dozen complaints to no avail. They say they are passing on the complaints. The service company National Refrigeration, Kalyan sent a technician who demanded Rs.950 - half charge Rs.600 for gas and Rs.350 for visit which I said i am not going to pay because it was within the warranty period. He settled for Rs.200/- so in all i have paid Rs.2800/- to the service company. But the freezer has the same problem. The service company has people who either promise to send the technician and send no one making a prisoner out of me in my house going on waiting for days. One person came (suddenly on a Sunday) and made some adjustment behind the machine. The machine is in the same condition. They have stopped answering my phone calls.

i bought the Kelvinator 185L Fridge from delhi kantt. army canteen date 9 th Oct 2002 i had complain for the the Noice and wibration of fridge. The person came and said your usage is less so that it is happened. but now there is no cooling in the fridge and i said to service provider he said Gas is over and now you have to fill up gas and the comprersser

I GURDEEP SINGH is totaly disapointed from ur product & even feddup from it.i have complaint about many times for the replacement of ur product (kelvinator refigirator) model no-fd340lw 980408261331200339;but there is no response.We have contact ur incharge MR.DUBAY;MR.RAJAN DRIVADI & even ur AJENT MR.WAHID who had sent MR.WALI to check out the problem.who agered to replace it but there is no responce.so plz i request u to replace it.I will be very thankfull to u & ur company.

Ref: Replacement Request.
Ref the tel. talk with you this morning regarding the subject. I, extremely regret to inform you that I had purchased a Kelvinator Fridge in the month of May, 2009 from M/s. Sales Emporium, Behala, Kolkata-34.
Immediately after a month of purchase, the said fridge compressor were went off and I complained to your nominated customer care, who advised us that our engineer will visit within 24 hours . But after a complained, no one were visited at my door and again I had booked another complaint and accordingly some one engineer has attended to my door, who confirmed me that my fridge compressor is not working, for the reason, he wants to take the same at their workshop and accordingly I allow them to take and repair and get back the same urgently. After a week, they were returned me the fridge with working condition on 28/08/2009 and it was working smoothly during 30-35 days…
After repaired from your end (i.e. 30-35 days) again the fridge were got problem on cooling and while working the fridge compressor producing a sudden shivering sound loudly and suddenly the compressor went off, but the fridge power was stand by.
In this regards, I have again booked a new compliant No.KLF9A05026 ON 5/10/09, but no one were attended towards my complaint . Due to non-response of my complaint I had a booked another compliant No.KLF9A12030 on 12/10/2009, but till today no one were attended against my compliant.
Due to repeated complaint of the said fridge, I would request you to KINDLY REPLACE my Refrigerator at the earliest to avoid further complication and problems with your valued customer. Regarding these aforesaid irregularities and irresponsibility I need not to chase or shout at your authorized dealer(Sales Emporium) in front of the other customer while purchase of their different products, which may cause a prestige of companies products and as well as the authorized agent’s good will.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace my fridge urgently to keep better relation between us, for ever...
