[Resolved] Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet | |
I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009 I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. aircel cellular company / extra charge for call cost reduction — wrong commitment by aircel cellular company after extra recharged
Dear sir,Please find below the issue and solve my problem, Aircel people are taking my issue very lightly and no one have called me till now. I am using Aircel network from last one and half year, I was recharged Rs-30/ for call cost reduction for Aircel number -[protected] as per company information given to me by message and call from service provider. After recharging company commitment that they give me facility of call cost reduction for one year, during this period call cost charged me 30paise/minute. But after six months company stop my facility without any information to me and not giving me proper information regarding above issued. Kindly take this issue very seriously and provide me information as early as possible.

Aircel — starting of unwanted service
i am using aircel prepaid. On 3rd of July company started a service with out my prmition and deducted balance of 5 rupees.On 8th of July company charged 30 rupees to my account for the same service. I called customer care.they told me that my account will not be refunded for that unwanted service. i am one of the subcriber of Aircel. I already register DND ( Do Not Disturb) to my provider but still i am disturbed by the provider. My mobile number [protected]. Provider send the message that my query was solved, but yet not solved. provider given the reference number that my query was solved is R[protected] on 10/7/2011 and R[protected] on 14/7/2010. Please help me to solve this disturbances.
On Jul 21, 2011 at 05.07 pm I've received a message from the number Aircel from my mobile service provider-Aircel at my number [protected] that I've been charged INR 30.00 for Vikatan News when I didnot activate any such service on my own.
Since then I've called the company for about 7-8 times.On getting back to the company at their complaints department I got no help at all.Some complaint officers hung up on me, on asking for a supervisor/manager I was denied at the first place stating supervisors "are busy to attend your call", upon insisting and begging for a supervisor I was transferred to such a queue where no one picks up the phone and it just keeps on ringing until you hangup the phone in disgust.When I asked for a callback from the supervisor I was told supervisors are too busy now and will call back after 2 hours.Unfortunately ! No one called me back.
The complaints department is simply denying the fact that it was not done from their end and its my fault.Now, I dont have such availability that I'll be fighting for a mere sum of INR 30.00 .But here I want justice and good business practice to be followed.When as a customer we are using the products/services of a business we are trusting them.Here, Aircel broke my trust !!

Aircel — internet not working
this is about aircel company. i have get card from aircel company and company exe tola me that u will get 2gb free for internet but its not working and i have complained many times in aircel company but still my problem is not resolved. and now i got tired from dis company. so please dont take aircel connection coz they are not able to give proper servicecontact no [protected]

Aircel — Cheating of company
I am using micromax 3G 310 datacard with Aircel sim for internet. At first when i started using internet with 251Rs. planof Aircel t was good ,working properly in UMTS/HSPA network and the speed was also good.But after 20 days company stopped the service in HSPA network and now internet runs only on GPRS network. Speed is really slow and connetion drops may time during the use of internet.plz do something...

RESPECTED SIR,FIRST TIME AM POSTING MY COMPLAINT HERE.
SIR MYSELF HAVING AN AIRCEL MOBILE NUMBER. I BOUGHT THIS LAST MONTH ONLY. FIRST I RECHARGE IT FOR 150. I USED LOT SUDDENLY THEY DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT OF RS.30 FOR SUBSCRIBING DAILY BAGAVATH GEETHA MESSAGES BY SMS. I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND SAID THAT I DIDNT SUBSCRIBE FOR THIS YOU DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. PERSON TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REFUNDED SOON. BUT THEY DIDNT TILL TODAY.
WHEN THE BALANCE IS VERY LESS I RECHARGED AGAIN FOR 140 FULL TALK TIME.
LAST WEEK AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED RS.30 FOR SUBSCRIBING MATRIMONIAL SERVICE. BUT I DIDNT SUBSCRIBE THAT. DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED RS.30 BUT I DONT KNOW THE REASON.
I CANT CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE PROPERLY. AFTER MORE RECORDED OPTIONS IT ASKS ME IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH OUR CUSTOMER CARE PRESS 9 I DID IT BUT THE ANSWER COMES NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE TRY AFTER SOME TIMES. YESTERDAY I TRIED TWO TIMES. BOTH THE TIMES SAME RESULTS ONLY CAME.
WHEN I ASK WITH THE RETAILER HE ASKED ME TO GO TO AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTLY.
THIS NINETY RUPEES DOEST NT MATTER FOR ME. BUT WHEN I THINK THAT A COMPANY CHEATED ME I AM GETTING MUCH ANGRY AGAINST THEM. SO MANY POOR PEOPLES USING AIRCEL IF THEY CHARGE WITH THEM LIKE THIS THEY WILL SUFFER ALOT.
PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM.

respected sir / madam,On 12 the august , I recharged E-top up Rs 75.00 vide my mobile no [protected] through aircel.com. Still(4 days over ) i did not get any balance in spite of several calls done to customer care (Ph no 198). Whenever i called to customer care, i have been told that within 6 hours my would be recharged and have been explained the delay for the cause of network problem.

Aircel — Bad behavior towards customers
Aircel is very bad company.I complain for stop 3G from 9 june but they are not solve my problem and when i call on their customer care no they not listen and tell thant 3g is already stop but this service is not stop yet.they not tranfer my call to their senior.
