[Resolved] Aircel — MNP Not done | |||
Sir, This is Marimurugan V, I had applied for AIRCEL to AIRTEL MNP on 27th June 2011. Porting code is DT748378. I had received a replacement SIM from Airtel showroom. After this i had received a sms says this request will be resolved on 9th July 2011 (Yesterday). But till now its not resolved. I have called Aircel customer care several times. But they ignore my call saying their server updation is going on and call us after some time. Some executive says it is not pending with them (Aircel). I need Justice for my genuine request. I'm using Reliance GSM and i applied for MNP to transfer it into Vodafone, but after 5 days still now i have not got any confirmation message. My mobole phone no is [protected]. Please tell me where to see the status of my no.

But i read on news paper and internet as soon as old service provider dis. count. you services new service provider has to start services in next 2 hours. but its almost 2 days.
i called to customer care for 4 times.
1 time: technical problem
2 time: it will take 24-48 hours
3 time: your MNP has been rejected
4 Time: it will take 2 more days
there are the answer from customer care
