I AM S.NAGARAJAN I HAVE TAKEN A CUG CONNECTION IN AIRCEL FOR 30NOS WE ARE PAYING THE BILL PROPERLY IN LAST MONTH I HAVE GIVEN THE CHEQUE AMOUNT 12500/- ON LAST MONTH 2 ND IT SELF BUT THEY DID NOT SEND THE CHEQUE TO MY BANK UP TO 15 TH THEN IT CAME ON 16TH BUT THEY CUT ALLTHE LINES TO ME SO MY TOTAL BUSINES IS LOSS FOR 1 MONTH FOR THAT I HAVE ASK THE COUSTOMER CARE THEY DID NOT REPLY PROPERLY AND A GIRL CALL AND ASK FOR PAYMENT AND SHE IS TELLING THAT Y YOU ARE MAKING THE PAYMNET TO US IF YOU WANT GO AND MAKE IT DIRECT AND SHOUTING THEN A MANAGER CAME TO MY OFFICE AND HE IS ASKING THE PAYMNET ONLY AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE LEGAL NOTICE WHAT IS THIS
i didnt the bill payment of TATA INDICOM on hand but my phone is disconnnected saying you have no outgoing call facility.
i like to know the bill i should pay and the last date of the bill payment. the reason why u stopped our outgoing calls of the landline.

I am using two Aircell numbers 9841582673 and 72. I have been paying bills on time "ON TIME" thru citi bank bill pay. i paid my last bill on 29th may (1661.94 and 265 for secound number).
Suddenly they have disconnected our number.
When I contacted customer care and we were shocked to hear the reason. The reason they gave is " Bill is pending for some other number 98******** that is the reason why we have disconnect your numbers, your number will be activated only after the bill is paid to that number." And i don’t have a clue who is using that third number.

It is strange, I haven’t heard any such thing from Aircel. I am sure there must be some miscommunication in this case. You should walk into the nearest Aircel store with all your documents and report the matter, you will surely be relieved of your problem. I believe you are a valuable customer to Aircel and they will take care of it. Good luck.
Aircel has very poor customer complaints. I have raised a query 3 months on online bill payment. still now it doen;t got resolved. Aircel online bill payment facility is very poor rather then worst... I personally struglled a lot for the same and stilll struggling to get it rectified...
My no is 98411 40107. -No outstanding payment . All payments through, i have relevant proof for the same.
Pathetic customer support. Though bill payment was made on time, lines are being disconnected. This is not the first time, am getting back the connection after struggling a lot.
Even today my line is disconnected for no reason, past 1.5 hours am trying to reach the customer care.
But "You people are busy always" thinking others are jobless.
Looking forward for getting my connection immediately else I may have to take this matter seriously.
