I am not happy with your services of the regulator (mediator). You don't know customer's satisfaction. On contrary you are doing mischief. I have not opted for Internet data use connectivity from airtel & it has been confirmed from you through SMS dated 13/12/2013. You have stopped my Docomo data services just after insurting a micro sim provided by airtel in second slot of duos h/set. This has already been communicated through airtel outlet on 19/08/2014 for correction of the bill. I have paid Rs.248/- ten days before. You have confirmed the same.
If you failed to do justice I shall have no other option but to take off from your sevicess. Thus you will lost your 5 years old customer just because of your greed to take money from the customers pocket. And this will prove mediators are always mediators just after undue benefit from both the side. You have already done this dirty things, when l first time went for having connection from idea with mobile no. [protected] and l already quitter from them after paying Rs. 1700/- for nothing but of your hunger of making fools of innocent. I will not become prey of your mis management.

Refer fixed line/broadband connection as [protected] and account No 14471009 which is under safe custody w.e.f 25 May vied registration No56031482 dated 25 May 15, , the Bill forwarded vied your Bill dated 18 June is wrongly Billed.The Bill amount should not be for more than Rs 450/.The Phone is under safe custody for a period of 6 months.A advance money for the same of Rs 3000/ had been paid to cater for the safe custody period. please intimate on my mail address as kps [protected]@rediffmail.com.Thanks,

Kindly remember that the password is case sensitive (all lower case) and should not include any special character.
