Dear Sir,

My number([protected]) is automatically activated to Matrimonial alerts and I didn't try to activate and balance of Rs.10 is cut and this continues for 10 days. I sent a STOP message and i didnot get any confirmation message. When I tried to call 121 I have no option for complaint. This is not acceptable.

Can you please look in to this issue.

I am suffering a unwanted massage and hello tune. 60 Rs per month I paid for this Rubbish..Please help my no is [protected].
I call many times at airtel customer care @121 to canssal my caller tune and to change my 10 paise sms plan to normal plan, i tried to call customer care no but that no is not valid the customer care no is not connecting from my no.. Currently, my normal plan is convert into other plan in which my call rate is par second billing plan i dont want to change that plan but only want to canssal the caller tune and 10 pise sms pack it deduct daily from my account. This process has been going on for approximately two to three months. Sir I kindly request that please you convert my plan as to normal plan. I hope that you will convert this and give me an satisfied reply. My number is [protected].
I call at airtel customer care @ 121, but no body answer me on this call.

I was recharged 18rs to my mobile([protected]) for one mobile 20ps/m.
I was recharged 07/02/2010 and i send the message 08/02/2010 but no answer any body. message type is (FF 18 A[protected] pleae do the needful.

I have not subcribe for any of the services even though Airtel has subscribe me some services like Cricket updates and love songs etc and they also cut charges from my prepaid card. i try to STOP those services but could not able to do so. Also Calls on @121 no but no boday gives the response. I am fade up of these SMS comes and onto that the money is also deducted from my prepaid account i don't know what to do. My no is [protected]. I am trying to talk with custome care thro 121. But i am not able to have a word with the customer care executive.Also i dont have other Airtel number to whom i could contact.This is quite bad service they are providing.

my mobile has been stolen and i want to block the sim.but there is no record of my sim card and mobile.

customer response is very rude
customer care executives were very irresponsible in solving my complaint. They provided mis information about the offer and I recharged my mob and they dint give me the cash. They first said that I was eligible for the offer and then they told I was not eligible. They put on hold for more than one and a half hour to connect to the supervisor and cut the phone. Really Pathetic service from AIR TEL in pune. It took more than 7 days to activate my SIM. and GPRS activation and getting the proper setting for a windows smart phone has become a great challenge.
121 is horrible.

I newly purchased the Airtel Friends sim card 1 month back, but it is not activated yet. I have already submitted the documents to the shop owner. When i approached to the shop owner he simple refuses saying that m not the concern authority, how disgusting are these people simply selling the card and not activating it, instead of having a valid proof. My mob no is [protected]. Request you to please look into it ASAP. And please ensure that my new Friends Scheme is there on that.

I would like to inform you that I am RAJ i have problem for some days ago my uncle is using a airtel number the bellow mention number but he don't know how to oprerate the phone or mobile only use as the recieve and dial the number which is connet to the faimily member but issue is that he was got a msg from the company's number for the radio mirchi service subscriiption and deplation ten rupees amount then he was contact to me and said the about this deplation but when contact to the associeates MR RAJ KUMAR and ..SHAILESH but he was giving a information yr deplation is correct and not talking on the way this the wrong deplation this a not ussd service and two or three month ago also deducate the crbt charges but i was ignor on that deplation and also regestred DND service but this time not happy for that its not an issue only ten repees deplation. its a issue is harrasment as the airtel service i was hope the better service to other telecome company but this time not satisfied from the servces...kindly revert the amt..as per deplation 10 repees on [protected] in future want to not any wrong deplation raj
i'm intersting in open airtel office in my town .asif you give me the oppurtinuty to open airtel gallary then will increase the sale of airtel postpaid conection my contact no-[protected]
