I am using Airtel Prepaid card and my Mob. Number is [protected].

Spicy jokes and Cricket related message service was activated on my mobile from the last month even though I had not asked for.

Yesterday, I had a word with call center and asked them to deactivate both the services. The services have been deactivated today.

But, I have been charged around Rs.100 due to these unnecessary messages from the last month. Yesterday I was told by call center representative that the amount will be refunded within 4 hours. But that has not been refunded in my balance yet.

So I request you to take action immediately on this issue and please do the needful.

Hereafter I expect same situation does not happen again otherwise I will need to change the mobile service.

I am Mr. Ghulam jeelani . recently i heard that in our area means in Srinagar Kashmir Air tel prepaid Phones are being Deactivate on 31/10/2009 @ 12 am. If it is true then give me some way by which i can save my Airtel number which is [protected] This Number is used by my son. I hope you will take any good action on it.

futher to state that my father madanlal brijwani also taken airtel no [protected] in the month of july 2009 but i am sorry to say that without my father's (Madanlal Brijwani) knowledge music, sports, films message are receiving in the mobile ( [protected] ) and money is also been deducted i have already complaint to customer care 10 to 15 times. i have got the money back but again same thing is repeating again and agian customer care exective has asured me on 24th october and 26th october that my father will no received any messages from airtel all messages has been blocked and no money will be deducted after that .

but iam sorry to say that again Rs 06 to 09 rupees is deducting, on 02/11/09 Rs. 06 has been deducted without my father knowledge .

i am once again requesting to look into the matter on urgent basis

Yours is no class service . U should first atleast try to provide the basis o[censored] r mobile connectvice. In spite of repetaide complaints of connective for almost when i had taken u r services u have no care towards the compliant almost form when I had started using u r services . I[censored] think u r the very very best service provider .I agian say to that u have no class . I[censored] do care about u r subcribires have guts and call me on [protected] .

I purchased the Airtel postpaid card before 1.5 years. Before purchasing, they took 250 rs as deposit. The Airtel service is very pathetic & there is no network many of times at the my place.
Hence I canceld my number & ask for my deposit. It has been 6 months, they didnt give deposit back.I contacted the customer care many of time but no help.

I dont know if this complaint work for me. But surely I ll suggest my friends not to go for Airtel.

I live in Pune and have been trying to speak to the airtel customer care executive on 121 however there is no option in it where you can directly go and speak to customer support person. After 1 min the call gets disconnected. I spend nearly 1 hour but in vain. Horrible service!! I'm getting rid of this service, can't tolerate any more. I got a message few days back from Airtel stating that I'm having invalid IMEI no. and my handset will stop working from 01st Dec. I'm having NOKIA 3600 slide phone and NOKIA confirmed me that the IMEI is valid. They asked me to contact Airtel and register the IMEI no. with them. However I have been trying to speak to the customer care executive but no one answers. At the same time Airtel service and connection in Pune is pathetic, donno how it is in other regions of Maharashtra. Anywayz I'm getting rid of this service. Switching to another service provider.

Today morning I got SMS in my AIRTEL mobile number related to friend's chat and after that immidiately they deduct Rs. 30/- from my account. I am using Airtel pre-paid connection.
I feel this is totally illegal. I want Airtel to return my Rs. 30/- immidiately.

I am always trying to call customer care but there is no service provided i think airtel customer care are too busy so they dont have time to receive call of the customer or may be they are not interested in their work.
But please i[censored] people are not able to provide service then dont send all other kinds of stuffs of pacakages which u r send and trying to cut off the money from ur recharge.
