My name is Diksha & I have Airtel Prepaid Connection [protected].
On 2nd July 2013, around 11:15 A.M., my mobile main balance was 150/-, at 11:15 A.M. I got two messages from AW-CVHTUN,
that I've charged 51/- for choosing a service Hello Tunes. My deducted balance was 99/- only.
Again in the afternoon around 1:45 P.M. I got two messages from AW-FFMUSC that I've been charged 30/- for choosing a service Talk2me, which in real I didn't chosen, never. & now my remaining balance is 69/- only.
I'm afraid that, airtel will deduce my remaining balance on the name of such unwanted & useless services, as my last mobile balance was deducted completely by the same process.
I want Airtel to return the exact amount, deducted from my mobile Main balance on these services.

AirTel — Real bad customer support
I have cancelled my mobile for which the number is [protected] on October 27, 2007, but still I am getting bills. Last month I got call from your customer care and informed them the same. However, this month also I have got the bill, I don't understand why customer care is not acting on this, I regret to say that the customer care in Airtel is really bad. I am Airtel costumer since 2002 and this is something I am really not happy with.I paid the total amount on October 27, 2007 and requested for cancellation of the post paid number [protected] of Rs 1213.71. Please do the needful in cancelling the number [protected] and don't send any more bills.
