unknown call disturb me

This is to inform you that as per my previous complaint on the less speed internet i have not got any feedback to be positive and the problem stills prevails.I have just received an call from the Airtel team asking me to verify the speed for which i have reported its the same as to 1-2 kbps and after that i havent received any proper feedback.


As per my concern Airtel is just killing time asking...

Hi Sir/Madam

I received a call from this number ([protected]) on Tuesday -May-7-2013 at 12:07pm IST.

Since I was in a meeting I did not take the call. Later I tried to return the call it did not ring. Today May-10-2013 when I tried it rang but no one answered the call.
Later I talked to my colleague and I found out that this is from Pakistan and he asked me to register this complaint.

No service in time and no proper details with the customer executives

This is regarding the complaint 32515200 that I have raised for the above given FixedLine. The complaint which I have raised is regarding the Internet not working and even Landline was not getting dial tone.

I have raised the request on May 9th 2013 at 10:21 AM and the resolution time that is given is May 9th 2013 by 2:20 PM. I have attached the screenshot of the message that I have received and also the Complaint details...

Money Credit Back

I bought airtel HD+ setup box and I am given remote control without recording option. When I filed complaint via customer care they gave complaint number but didn't give me remote control and closed ticket .

Internet charges too high

I called up Airtel customer care to activate internet plan - 99 INR pack which generally gives 1 GB of free usage(2G data) in the last week of billing cycle.
I wasn't informed that the plan is charged pro rata basis.
I didn't get any message regarding the plan activation to my registered mobile number.
I wasn't informed on how much free usage is available and how much i'll be charged for that month...
