Dear Ms Arti ,

I am not at all satisfied with your reply , can you provide the reason for
asking me to pay the balance which has arised because of your mistakes , I
have sent you my earlier mails also which clearly indicated I have
requested you to stop the services immediately on both my numbers and I
will not be responsible for any dues arising after this date .

Kindly try to keep your self in my position and understand what I am trying

to say .

also convey your final decision to me , so that I should look after some
other supports .

in addition , request you to see my previous history of payments , I have
used your service for continuous 5 years in chandigarh & still I am using
it in jaipur , but your such mistakes are forcing me to go for other
service operators .

Regards
Charanjit Wadhwa
