[Resolved]  Airtel, Delhi, India — Worst customer care service

On my number ([protected]), VAS PACK activated wothout taking permission from me and Rs 50 deducted for same. I called customer number care number of times. But stupid customer care not answer the activation reason. Somtimes there system is down , somtime their software is down. My experience is that "No response from the customer care and harassing the customer".

I am very annoyed with airtel prepaid service...on a scale of 1-5 I would rate it "0"
This is what happens if you prepay for a service!
I tried calling 121 ...more than 30 times yesterday & today agreed to pay 50p/3 min as per auto reply but, you get disconnected holding for the operator...

I have a issue on thier ISD US plan and need some senior guy at airtel to get out of his bed and attend it.

jagatsing pur, orissa, koi information ka account se 3/- katajata hei.
pls ise problem solve kardijiya .
Customer care executives as well as their superiors are very innefficient and arrogant and are blot and burden on the company. When asked genuine problems they either evade or not giving answers.

yes airtel customer care is worse i hv ever seen. they didnt even bother to recieve
on 25-march-2011 i activated internet pack of 5 rs for one day 50 mb
they deducted 279 rs from my account, i called on 198 but they not giving actual answer/solution even they baared my IVR

really poor customer Service...I believe that AIRTEL is the only Customer Service which cannot be reached when required. If yes...we do not get Customer Care person with brains...
Hi,

One fine day Airtel has discontinued my prepaid number without informing me. The customer care has NO IDEA WHYYYY.
It also had Rs.200 balance and was in use till the day before. I have had the same number for 10 years now.

They say that I should apply for a duplicate SIM and submit documents again. But WHYYYYYYY should I do more paperwork for some godforsaken mistake of theirs?

i also perturbed to note the attitude and irresponsible response from nodal officer, delhi as 2 weeks back I recharged Rs. 200 on my prepaid mobile from jaipur on my mobile no. [protected].But on utter surprise, the SMS came that talk value of Rs. 1 is there instead of the person charged me rs. 200.I immediately tried to contact customer care but no response and they repeatedly told that it cannot be resolved as this no. pertains to delhi. After 1 day, i could get nodal officer delhi no. and narrites whole issue to him. he is kind enough to assure me that this amt. gone to some gprs and within 48 hrs. the amount will be transferred i n my mobile. Two weeks have been passed and still your time limit of 48 hours hasn't come.

I am very much frustrated and embarrassed by this attitude though myself, my family members and most of my friends and relatives are having airtel connections and if your response will be like this we dont have any other option either switch over to other mobile services or take legal action against you in so many forums. you are humbly requested to resolve my problem and trans rs. 200 excluding service tax o n my prepaid mobile no. mentioned above within 48 hours from receipt of this mail otherwise you may face consequences and litigation for which you will be held totaly responsible.
I have also the same experience with Airtel Customer care, but there is no response. I am agree with Ranbir kapoor’s advertisement that "Iskae liaye 1 dabaiae, uskae liayae 2 dabaiae, customer care executive sae direct baat karnae kae liaye 3 dabaiae aur 3 dabanae kae baad intajar kartae rahihae need aa jae to so jaiaye. Really Airtel customer care may be world’s most terrible customer care.

According to my experience with Airtel they don't have good after sale service.
I want to speak to airtels's Customer Care Executive and 121 does not have that option. Basically I have a complaint.Can any one help me please. Thanks

my airtel landline no. 4062828, 4032828, 4112828.All are not working from last 25days. Airtel officer is not picking up the phone, and my representative is not allowed to enter the premises of airtel office simply customer care informs that the system is in upgradation.
WHICH CAUSE INCONVIENCE FOR US .

i am ashish ranjan and my mobile no is [protected]. Before i month Ms. Mahi call me to convert the number prepaid to postpaid. after that one person come to my office and collect the document (photocopy of bank passbook & income tax pan card and Rs.-300 )for prof. after 10 day my number convert prepaid to postpaid but after 10 days the outgoing of my phone will close only incoming are allow without any information, then after i call customer care the person said to me your outgoing close due to not submitted the document then after i summit ed all document in noida sector-12 Airtel center, then after 2, 3 days Ms Neha call me again to summit the document and she say to me send me the document in my email ID (shunkh.[protected]@airtel.in) i send the document on 25/10/2011, then after incoming and outgoing all are close in my phone, and the message show inactive SIM in my phone.

PLEAE EXPLAIN THE REASON SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM.

HI IM VIJAY MY MOBILE NO-[protected], IM FACING SOME PROBLEM FROM AIRTEL SIDE THAT LAST FEW TIME MY MOBILE BALANCE IS AUTOMATIC DEDUCTED, I DONT KNOW WHY IT IS HAPPEND, AND WHEN I SPEAK TO UR CUSTOMER CARE EXEUTIVE HE SAYS THAT U OPT REAL ESTATE ALERT, BUT SEREIOUSLY I HAD NEVER APPLY FOR THAT SO KINDLY REVERSE MY BALANCE, OTHERWISE I WILL LEAVE UR AIRTEL AND TAKE VODAPHONE OR ANY OTHER CONNECTION. HOPE U WILL SHORTOUT MY PROBLEM BCOZE IT IS NOT A MATTER OF MONEY IT IS MATTER OF FAITH.
My God, i was thinking that i am only person cheated by airtel but it seems that this company is a habitual cheater. Here a simple opening of message is considered as the acceptance to the useless VAS.Repeated complaints to customer care and mails to appellate authority are of no use.
