Hi,
After discussing with customer care office over phone, an email request was sent from my official email ID, to add my existing AIRTEL mobile post paid number to my current company CUG.
For this there is no HR involvement, I am the one who sent the request mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com. To get added to CUG, email need to be sent by attaching the ID copy from the official email ID.
All this was done after discussing with customer care over phone.
I did the same, but the customer care executive, who attended my email, did some error, and removed my name added my current company as the owner of my mobile.
The bill is getting generated as XXXX company, and address is my residence address.
I have sent many emails to customer care to change the owner from my company name to my individual with all valid proofs, that the number is in my name before adding it to company CUG.
and I always get reply (always same message, they do not even read the email content) to contact nearest relationship center with required document.
When I contacted nearest relationship center, with my first email request to add to CUG, they found that it is the mistake of customer care, so contact main office (Santhome branch).
Now in the branch Santhome-Chennai branch the customer care executives mentions that,
even it is our mistake you have to get a letter from HR mentioning the no issues in transferring the ownership to my name.
They do not want to listen any thing from the customer, they want only customer should listen to them.
My question is how my HR will give a letter on Airtel's mistake?
Atleast if they accept that, it is their mistake, and Airtel can transfer the owner only if there is a letter from HR in an email, I can try to get the same.
But the team over Santhom-Chennai says, it is not the process. On 06-Jun, I went to Santhome-Chennai branch. Now my question is on what basis and which process told you to do the ownership transfer on your own?.
Then there is no answer and I was told to leave the counter, as they will get back to me on Monday (08-Jul) But till now no call from customer care.
I need the ownership should be transferred to my name. For this I am ready to get letter from HR provided, the acceptance of mistake information from Airtel.
I saw so many issues, during my visit to customer care office. All these were done by AirTel customer care team, and finally customers are suffering.
No one cares for that

AirTel — HUGE BILL
Hello SirI am Jainab, one of the airtel internet users. I am in great problem of billing.
I want to explain everything in detail.
Main pahle sify broadband use karti thi jiska monthly pay 450 hota tha, every month mujhe 150 zayada dena padta tha kyonki main zayada internet use nahin karti, mujhe time bahoot kam milta tha, jitna use main us time karti thi, ab bhi utna hi use karti hoon lekin mera pahle mahena ka bill 3000 aaya aur doosra mahine ka tisre month ka 7000 ka bill aaya hai, mera ph no[protected] hai,
Mujhe Mr rawat jo aapke airtel connection main kaam karte hain unhone connection lene se pahle kaha tha 555 ka plan le lijiye aur aapke ek mahine main jitna bhi use hoga, doosre mahine 555 se jo hi amount bachega next month main chale jayega.
But now I am in great problem of 7000 rupees bill,
My use did not change but the amount is very very huge. I had complained to Mr rawat the airtel agent, main ne jab unko bill dikhaya to wo bill le ke hi chale gaye aur wapas koi respond nahin kiya .mujhe sirf Saturday aur Sunday hi time milta hai ki main 3-4 ghante internet use kar sakoon lekin itna use mera pahle bhi tha jab main sify broadband use karti thi, lekin tab bill 300 ya 400 ka aata tha. aur mujhe 100 150 extra dena padhta tha as I had taken monthly scheme.
Lekin mujhe pata nahin tha airtel ne itna bada fraud kiya mere saath, mera bill badh raha tha aur koi information nahin diya gaya mujhe, aaj mera account 7000 ka bill show kar raha hai please aap mera bill sort out kijiye.
Main 3 mahine ke hisab se 555x3=1665-555= dene ko tayar hoon aur apna connection cut karana chahti hoon, Isliye please agar to aap mera problem sort out karte hain to thik nahin to main connection cut karana chahti hoon,
Airtel ne mere saath bahut bada fraud kiya hai, 2 and half month mahine ka 7000 ka bill show kiya jiska koi logic nahin hai aur mujhe ek lamba sa bill diya hai, Please sir mera problem sort out kijiye, warna main bahoot problem main pad jaoongi. Meri kamayee itni nahin hai ke rent ke ghar main rah kar main itna lamba bill ka bhugtan kar paoongi.
Please mera bill sort out kijiye nahin to mera connection katwa dijiye main phir se sify broad band main apna connection lena chahti hoon.
Maine is irade se Airtel liya tha ki har mahine mera 100-200 bach jayega .
Aap please Mr Rawat se bhi discusstion kijiye jisne mujhe itna bada fraud kiya hai, uske boss ka name Mr Sarkar hai .done ka Mobile number main de rahi hoon.Please contact them and sort out my problem .I am not rich person. We are poor .I can not pay your bill in any how, IT is realy very huge amount which I can not think of to pay in any how . Mr Rawat :[protected] Mr Sarkar:[protected].

I complained 3 times but not a single response, it is very very bad customer care in Airtel. my latest complain number is 11438282
