[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

Airtel India — bill amount / 9866222609

this complaint regarding my airtel mobile bill amount for the month of september 2008, where as i am recd the bill for the amount o Rs.12, 235.00, this is first time from last six years.When i am contacted the call centre on 01.10.2008 reg my bill query thrice the had taken compalint about my bill query wide complaint no 18610908, and said by 03.10.2008 concerned department will be get back to me.

but today i.e. 08.10.2008 i am receiving the calls abt bill payment not for the bill query.
As i have not subscribed for my today service.It as been automatically activated i want to deactivate this service hence fouth...my mobile # being [protected]

Airtel India — very very poor network strength

very very poor network strength, GPRS SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND WORTH LESS RE 15 PER DAY. THEY ARE PIRATES

airtel india/mobile no. — customer care is blocked intensely

I have mobile no. on my name, no. is [protected] I was using mobile office for internet oneday I subscribed for daily pack but MO was not activated to my set I again subscribed but result was same then I contacted to customer care They asked me to subscribed again I did Same but no result then I contacted to customer care supervisor she also advised the same the process went for five times and an amount of Rs 100 was deducted then I contacted to customer care supervisor but result was zero inspite of solving my problem that gentle lady has blocked the way to contact to customer care and put my no. recorded voice I sent SMS also but no use Please look for the following:
(1) open the access to customer care
(ii) refund the amount in cash if not give the reason
(iii) on what basis access is blocked

Informed that ROAMING COORDINATOR in Delhi would contact me but noone has contacted me yet by mail or phone.
Have registered another complaint on November[protected] about the same issue.
Would request you to please rectify the problem as soon as possible and
Inform me by mail, call the action taken.
Facing similar problems in my area with airtel gprs. The network fluctates so much and speed very slow. Airtel people sometimes tell that the network cannot be improved in the area while at other times tell that they are working on it. They do not register a proper complaint with a complaint number neither there is any follow up.
Maybe all suffering consumers if can come together and complain will make a difference.
Last 3 months everyday I have called 121 customer service unit and each time they say we will solve the problem in "sorry 48 hrs" but nothing happend !!!. a person who have self respect cant live with aitel customer care unit since they always break promise.

Sony India Customer service — Rude and terrible customer service

Sony India people trained to be rude with customers. They often disconnect the phone to harass the customer and use foul language with customers instead of trying to solve their problems and answer queries. Their product quality also deteriorating day by day.
PLEASE BUY SONY PRODUCTS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF YOU DO BUY DO NOT EXPECT ANY POST SALES SERVICE. Unfortunately have bought sony products in the past and now facing the music from their customer care people.

informing you that I Anirban Ghosh a life time prepaid customer of your reputed cell phone company. my mobile number is [protected] which is now disconnected due to disobeying the rules of life time connection ACCORING to YOU. but I did not find anything about this. they says that I did not use Rupees 200/- in last six months but for your kind information I had pay Rupees 249/- for GPRS. in oct. 2008. eiher kindly do on my connection ON as early as possible or I must go for other & better company for connetion of my phone.

AirTel — Complain in Service

I am facing problem in use of internet. I recharged 395 RCV for internet use but i am using this service properly. So Please slove the problem as soon as possible other i will complain in consumer court.

Airtel Postpaid Connection — Lack of support from customer care people

I had applied for a new connection of airtel after recieving a call from one of its dealer who told me the benefits of switching from my then current service provider to airtel. As postpaid connection is conducive i had sumbitted all the documents. After few days my outgoing connection was barred on account of non verification of address proof. After repeatedly requesting them to arrange for an address proof a representative from airtel came and did all the formalities required. On the very same day i called Customer Care people requesting them to resume my outgoing it was causing me a lot of inconvenience. They told me by next morning it will be done. After that i made umpteen calls to customer care asking them the status all i got in response was reference numbers and even after speaking to manager the response was far from satisfactory, as he told we have not recieved any intimation yet . Afterwards i recieved a message from airtel stating that in case my number is permanently disconnected please visit the nearest airtel outlet for processing THE REFUND OF YOUR SECURITY AMOUNT. After that i again called up airtel and spoke to floor manager asking that why exactly my outgoing has been barred even though address verification has been done and i had sumbitted all the documents. The response i got was she is not having the reason in her system and asked me to contact some dealer. Then asked her help to locate some dealer in BTM or JP Nagar as these areas are conducive for me to visit, she told there are no dealers in those areas!
As my outgoing has been barred its causing me a lot of inconvenience and i am not getting to know the correct reason on what basis have they barred it!
When dialing to the number to [protected] from my house mobile no-[protected], it is observe that the link was not established to me but with others and amount is debited from my account many a times. Pl. correct them and credited in my account.

Reg:-Incoming & Outgoing Calls obstructions - Mob no.[protected].
I am a Post-paid mobile connection holder of Airtel for the last five years. But since last one & half year. I am confronted with the above mentioned problem which I never expected from such a esteemed service provider.
No incoming/outgoing call is matured inside/Outside of my house & every time I have to go about 100 yards away from my house or to the top-floor to get matured my calls during my tenure of stay at home.
Time & again I brought this problem to the notice of your Customer care center but all in vain, every time I have to repeat my entire matter to your service center officials, but their ready-made replies are as under:-

i) I have up-dated your complaint.
ii) Sorry sir, not hearing well, giving an impression that I am being ignored intentionally.
iii) Generally, they say that some technical up gradation problem is there.

In the light of above facts I feel harassed by them since last 15 months. Though during this period your technical engineers visited my house twice & found the problem genuine one, but they too could not find any solution of this realistic difficulty .
As I am working in corporate sector, my mobile no is used through out the country & I am not in a position to change my said number at present. More over, I remain busy in my official work & I do not find enough time to lodge my complaint time and again or pursue the same thoroughly.
Besides I always make payments of bills through chq or by credit cards but your franchisee offices do not update the same in time, Occasionally they put me in trouble to give receipt to them to up-date my payments. Earlier, they credited the proceeds of my cheque to some other customer's a/c, which creates harassment to me. There are others several such minor incidents which I do not want to quote here.
So, your kind attention is drawn to-wards my above cited genuine problems for an early solution with in a specific time frame under intimation to me.
