[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

there is major problem in khammam dt of AndhraPradesh
COMPLAINT THAT IS NOT SOLVED FROM 5 MONTHS AFTER A GREAT COMPLAINTS
MY NUMBER [protected] WHEN I CALLED UP TO MY CHILD IN BANGALORE it is saying that PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER we have given many complaints but still now it is not resolved my child number is [protected] majorley when we are calling from khammam dt i am not able to call him other than that place i am able to call him so please check this many people are facing this problem please try to solve this problem otherwise u may loose many connections THIS IS PROBLEM WITH AIRTEL TO AIRTEL

Airtel India — lost sim card recovery of phonebook

i have lost my sim card can i get back my phonebook of that sim my mobile number is [protected]
I am also facing the similar problem. Even I don't make any call or receive any call even though the unbilled amount is very very high. I am having a postpaid connection.

This is happening frequently. Sometimes their executive gives us an answer like we don't have track o[censored]nbilled amount.
When i called up to 121 CC they explained me about the offer of 149plan it's a prepaid.then i impressed and buyed new sim and activated after 48 hrs when i checked my balance it was only 54/- but they promised me that Talk Time is 100/- they chuma...playing with the customers, don't take any airtel connection or else you will also face the same problem which i faced right now.when i called up to same 121 number they said that you didn't received the message from Airtel people that's why you will not get that another 50/- this is not really fare.
with regards to my mail to u dtd. 14th july, about my airtel billing problem, I strongly oppose that 5 calls to Europe on dtd 30th june and 5 calls to Africa dtd 30th june r not mine. It goes wrong against my billing statement. Please mend it. My phno-[protected].

I james have an sim of airtel given by my brother already 12 days a go and from that time onwards i am recieving oak call. i enquired my brother but he said nothing.so sir pls give me the detail of that person to whome it belong. or else please block the service of the sim.

My Complaints is on your coustmercare exutives.now i am in roaming. i am POSTPAID Coustmer i am working in Reliance Industrize. if you any problume with my BILL PAYMENT. so pls you tell me. last many time i am in ROAMING. and i am PAY my BILL Regularly you can saw my bill summary.
so why are your coustmercare exutives talking with me in agree mode. he told me i am like talk with you. PLEASES Check and confirm my Complaints and give me answer as soon as possible.

i m seals man . my distributer offer me i give u 10% discoun on easy lapu . i think its profit for me . i say ok i want then he gives me 50000 blance . ( distrebuter name is tanver) . 2nd day .my easy lapu svaped and conver it main distributer 2 our name . ( main distributer name is sanjay agrawal ) what happen i dont know . then i go 2 main distributer i say her whats going on say me . then he says by mistake his 50000 balance goes to a tanver .

My Mobile No is [protected](mumbai). Now i m at Chattisgarh(Rajnandgaon) and no tower is shown in my mobile. Tried several times the Operator search in my mobile but result is regret. Can you able to sort my connectivity prob? This prob i have encountered before also when i was in Gujarat for office work.As my mobile is under corpoarate plan so it is indespensable to have connectivity anywhere.
Pls look into the matter. If any settings need to update pls revert.

Airtel India — block my sim card

My sim card connection number is [protected], my mobile set SONY ERICSSON K510i has lost with the mentioned numer. So, please block the sim as early as possible.

Airtel India — InAppropriate Bills and non responsive to complaints

I have been using Airtel for 6 months now and during the last month i.e., on 4 Sep 2009 i had lost my SIM and i had registered a motion of blocking my SIM on the next day. I purchased and new SIM on 14 Sep 2009 and i started using that on 26 Sep 2009. Seems that some one else had misused my SIM card and made calls to differnet states eventhough i had registered a blockage of my number. When i pointed this out to the Airtel Customer Care executives they are not helping me out here and when i requested a itemized bill that contains the usage from the SIM number i.e., the IMSi number from which the call generated the CC executives have rejected the request and are not responsing properly
