Lots Of Missed Calls From Different and Random Nos. In Mumbai

I am a SENIOR CITIZEN, And I am A AIRTEL POSTPAID Customer, from last 1 Month , I am getting lots of Missed Calls from Different and Random Nos. Which are follows. : 8898819865, 9870569312, 9892025318, 9892624862, 9220556524, 9892025338, [ Note : Before any Missed Call there is a Alert " CALL DIVERTED " ].

What the hell is Going on in Mumbai, and Other Cities Of India ? What is this ? Why any Service Providers are Not able to TRACK THEM, STOP THEM. Or Take Ant STRICT ACTION.
