Monthly bill by Email or alert on mobile

Hi,

I have taken ...Airtel postpaid connection by Feb 2009, After so manytimes request by mail or call...
I am not able to get my monthly bill soft copy by email not even AIRTEL sending me hard copy.

recently they sent it on wrong email, i again put the request to correct on email, but still I am not able to get my monthly bill on correct email.

please do needful

blocking of SIM card

My Mobile No. is [protected]. The same has been misplaced/lost since[protected]. Kindly block the SIM card before it reaches to a wrong hand.

i received an sms on my airtel mobile no. [protected] by shell company uk international mobile draw
at 3:00 am IST on 10 may 2009 stating that i had won 5 lakh GBP. This is a fake lotto msg and the mobile service provider i.e airtel should be held responsible for such an act of fraud. and further the mobile numbers of the airtel customers should not be distributed like that. Strict action should be taken against this....

connection not activated even after 36 hours

my mobile no. is [protected]. i had beeb using prepaid since 8 years, i got a call from airtel telemarketing & agreed to move onto billing. they came to me & took photocopy of necessary documents. they told me that it will be activated before 36 hours. but even after 3 days it is not activated. my prepaid connection is not working.

i spoke in call centre & they said to contact the person who took the documents....

Incorrect contact number in database

Hello,

I have a airtel broadband connection in my name, whose bill reminders i receive on my mobile which is normal. Past 6 months, somebody has put my mobile number in their alternate contact number field. Now when due date comes airtel customer care leaves no stone unturned to abuse and threaten me to pay the bill that is not mine. I have complained to customer care many times, but they say I must find who did this mistake...

False balance deduction by Airtel

I just wanted to notify your about how I got robbed of my balance. On 3 May 2009 12:40 AM, My balance was deducted Rs. 85.20 and I was left with a balance of Rs. 0.23. At that time I was using Mobile Office(I subscribe to Rs 255/month unlimited plan). Then in Afternoon at around 3:45 PM I recharged my phone with Rs 350 topup(I got full balance). wrong bill

My bill for the month of march has been raised for amt 6317/- which is totally wrong as it inclued six ISD calls of Rs.4480/- some place in AFRICAN CONTINENT. Unauthorized Bill charges

TThis is really painfull that Airtel is cheating there customers.I am facing the bill problem from last year. When was paying my bill without any query & question then everything was ok, but when I stopped paying the unauthorised bill & I raised issue with Customer care, they started questing & threating me. And because of bad services and threaten I switch over to some other network.

DND not activated properly

Hi
I have registered my post paid mobile no under DND service. It is now more than 6 months but I am still getting Telemarketing calls and sms. How do I complain to Consumer court? Airtel is turning deaf ear to this problem as Telemarketing people says that you number is not in list, however Airtel says they have activated this request. WHOM SHOULD I BELIEVE? I AM FED UP OF THIS.

Please help me if someone know the procedure.br...

Horrible customer care service

Stoppage of sevice

I am an old veteran settled in Noida. I move to Shimla every summer for few months. I took a LIFETIME PREPAID CONNECTION from Airtel in Shimla to stay connected with my family in mid 2006 on payment of Rs 999. I was told that this connection would be valid for lifetime and that I need to recharge as on required basis from time to time.

Call Barring Password

I am unable to use the call barring feature. it was working fine before but i forgot the call barring password . i tried a few password and it got blocked. now i cant change the call barring password. it get error "Barring password blocked". i tried contacting Airtel customer case many times but as per them its a cellphone feature and suggested me to contact Nokia for the same . i explained them by sharing the manual of the Nokia...
