This is Sachin K. Sharma. I would like to complaint about Airtel mobile Company. I'm using Airtel Sim Card last 8 years. Here it is my Number [protected]. Last 2 months im not able to use Airtel Live Service which is free. I have complaint many times on customer care center of airtel @ 121 but nothing is happening....

service not provided

my airtel digital TV is not working since 26th of April 2009.
In this regard i had complained around 20 times but no solution has been
provided till yet. Moreover on 26th the customer care refused to take
complain and didn't provide me any complain no. Till today no solution has been

Unsubscription of Airtel Wap from my mobile

I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted every week and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...Thanks for using (subscription, Text based services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.enjoy...

Please help me out, how to unsubscribe from Airtel WAP, I am really fed up with this Airtel WAP...

How to Unsubscribe Frenzo

Sir,
I'm an airtel pre-paid customer having mobile number [protected], i subscribed frenzo service almost 25 days ago and paid rs 20 twice for it, now since i'm not using that service i want that to be unsubscribed so that my balanced must not be deducted when the service is not in use.
Kindly suggest via e-mail or unsubscribe the service....

airtel gprs not work in my home area (gumla(ranchi, jharkhand)

i am use airtel prepaid since 3 yrs.. my gprs is not work in my home area (palkot road, gumla, ranchi, jharkhand). if i go 2-3 kilometer outside than gprs working very good, but i return home back than gprs fail. network work perfect, incoming outgoing is also work perfect but gprs fail. i complaint many time airtel customer care bt my problem not solved. pls help me.

i m using ur airtel connetion from last 2 year. 5 days ago i have got sms regarding recharge rs 51 other wise ur no will be disconnect.than i called to c.care there i have got this msg nooooooo ur no: is totally safe u have a no need for recharging from Mr om n also rahul these r c.care agent . today i have got a call from mohali ur services will be deactivated at 12pm....

I AM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID SINCE 2004 AND YESTERDAY LATE NIGHT MY SERVICES GOT DISCONNECTED LIKE CLIP & MOBILE OFFICE. AND I HAVE ALSO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY HAV NOT RECTIFY MY PROBLEM. SOME OF THEM SAYING IT WILL BE DONE BY 7 P.M AND SOME OF THEM IT BE DONE WITHIN 48 HRS.

Charges for Conference calls

I’m using a Airtel Postpaid connection, I have no idea why Airtel charges Rs. 99 per month for activating Conference calls. As conference calls are mobile handset specific, if I dial five customers and add all the five members in conference, then I’m going to pay the call charges to Airtel for the call duration of individual calls made from my account. The service provider has no part in activating the conference calls or something...

WRONG CHARGED BILL But they are not ready to settle the same

I was using mobile office for 99 rs GPRS pack in which initial 50MB is free than the charges was 20paisa per 50KB. But i was charged 441.60 rs(For the period of 27feb to 25 MARCH) for the same but i have used only 26 MB.

Relocation Plan

Sir,
I had a prepaid connection in Manipal, Karnataka. Now that i have moved to Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh i wanted to relocate the Prepaid number to the same state.

I have requested the local Airtel center, but they did not help in any manner. If its possible to relocate my number from Karnataka to UP, then please guide me through the procedure....

At first there were a few people who came to my Home. They gave me wrong information about a plan, which i came to know after I used that service for months.
After coming to know about that fraud, I decided to discontinue with the service. I even submitted the letter to Airtel, this was before six months. At that time I got a call from Airtel that guy gave me a new plan which was Zero Rental + Airtel...

non refund of international roaming security

Sir,

I was using mobile No.[protected] of Airtel for the last about six years. I happened to visit abroad in the monthof February and for international roaming I was required to deposit Rs.5500/- as security. Despite my repeated request last time when Mr. Jyioti Ghosh was contancted on 121, he even shown his helpless ness. I have surrendered the above connection now, but still the air tel people have not paid me the security...

I already complaints to our customer care officer on[protected]. my cell phone No [protected], 24 apr i has loss money my cell Rs100. I dont know why?. your officer says 24 Hrs recharge to my cell. problem in network tower

we are experiencing network problem in our area(sambhaji chowk, ulhasnagar-421004)
from last two days i m not receiving any call neither i m able to make any call while i m at my home.There is some problem in the network tower ant no one has solved the problem yet.
and also the customer care hangs up the phone without replying to the querry.i m really pissed off with such problem. what should i do?...
