[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — Excess bill

I took the postpaid connection (Mobile No.[protected])under corporate scheme and on the very first day i requested to reduce the credit limit to Rs. 800 being the connection was to be used by kid (Age-10 year old). After 12-15 days the services been cut off and got the bill for Rs.1301.The credit limit RS. 800 is also mentioned in the received bill. I complained the same thru mail in customer care and also to the executive manager Mr. Rahul Chabra and got the reply that the credit limit can not be fixed it may vary and depends on your credit history. I replied at the instant that your statement no where stand because this is the very first bill and there is no credit history. Since afterwards i made many mails and i have all the records available but there is no reply even from the costomer care nor mr. Rahul Chabra.

Airtel — I have not received my bill till date

I have not received my bill till date i have complained at least 5 times i dont have the complaint referenec number in hand however i have spoken to Mr vinod, Johnsy...to name a few for the mobile number [protected].Its a shame that no one has contacted or kept me posted and more than a week.How do i continue with such a service, i was waiting to view bills online gave my yahoo id however yet to receive??????????

Airtel Postpaid Connection — heavy charges in monthly rental bill

I taken airtel postpaid connection in bangalore bearing airtel mobile no. [protected]. since the charges and my plan are not matching. The bills from last 2 months are not bareable by me. so cancel my connection immediately from 01/05/2008 for which I send the SMS for cancellation of my airtel mobile connection, the sms send to [protected] on 29.04.2008, 30.4.2008 and even today but i not received any reply from your end.

So cancell my connection immediately and I am not ready to bill charges if you made charges for May-2008.

I am expecting reply from your end.

I have paid my Bill of Airtel -POSTPAID by cheque <NO.517731/ICICI Bank>.Contact No. [protected] with it i have been closed my account, But after One Month I have been received the same bill with penalty again, Please investigate for me and advice why the representative frustrating me.

Airtel — excess charges in bill/problem in airtel bill

respected sir,
my airtel postpaid connection no. [protected] has been given incorrect bill amount. last bill has been added instead of its payment at sec-34 chd office of airtel online. i came to know at this sec-34 office that my billing has been changed automatically or unknowningly, which made me so irritated that i can't explain, i have been disturbed mentally. Airtel customer care, and empolyee at sec-34 chd, when contacted, they started referring to other places, which inturn consumes my lot of time and wastage of economical expenses also. they are not able to satisfy me. so i am very irritated. if no solution came to my side or the bill is not reactified or i will be still suffered/harassed, i have to a legal action against airtel.(consumer court).

My name is Amit Bhargava my mobile no. is [protected]. I am using this no. from last six years and my billing amout is around 1200/- to 1800 maximum and my credit limit is around 6800/-. I didn't give any request to open my I.S.D. But my last billing amount is 19459/-.

I want'd to know how it is possible that if my credit limit is 6800/- and if i have not given any request to open my I.S.D. how it is open itself and how it cross the credit limit.

Airtel — waiver of surrender of numbers

During the innumerable interactions with your call centre executives (the reference number given to me are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... etc., finally I came to know that the numbers are only reference numbers not a complaint numbers) Even after personal meet with airtel riplicane Showroom Manager and Senior Lead Officer – Showrooms (everyone promised me to waive the unjustifiable late fee in 24 hours or 2 working days time, whereas it is 8 months till now), and e-mail to [protected]@airtel.in the company AIRTEL is not ready to waive what they previously (8 months) charged on us.

Hence I am very sorry to say that I am disconnecting my relationship with the number one service provider.

Airtel Post Paid — worst service bills

I am using AIRTEL india bangalore having post paid number [protected] but the services are worst .

I am requesting them for bills from Jun 2008 but till now no one is able to take action. I think theyl are deaf ears.

I need bills from Jul 2008 to till date. All my billing amount is debited from my ICICI account without fail.

Atleast now let them wake up and do the needful by sending my hard copy of bills to my address or to [protected]@rediffmail.com

Airtel Post Paid — Activation of scheme without approval and charging amount

Hi,

I have a post paid connection from airtel ([protected]). They activated a scheme on my cell withount my approval 3 months ago when i complaint they reverted some amount of it. I made them note not to do this again in future. Last month they again did the same thing and didnt reverted the fulll amount. After compalining they said that you must have got some promotional call because of which the scheme got activated and you will be charged for it. Means they have every right to activate the scheme without the approval of consumer. To what level i should go. This is complete monopoly.

No one is really taking care of these consumer complaints. This is simply the mockery of consumers.

Airtel — PostPaid Over Billing and Bill for Disconnected Number

I have experienced worst billing service from AIRTEL.

I got 7 numbers from them for my company CUG.(Closed User Group)

Every month employees started to complain about the over billing (Even the company pay for it and asking for the call details ) and they denied to get the SIM from us. They started to use their own prepaid numbers from other mobile providers

Then we have started to surrender the numbers one by one and only 2 numbers left with us.When i have surrender every number, the customer care person broke the SIM by himself and told me that it is terminated.

But every month, They started to send bills for the disconnected numbers also.
From this month, Existing numbers also getting over billed than our usage.
We are really fed-up with the ROBBERY like billing of AIRTEL.

Airtel Mobile — non receipt of bill and excess billing

I had purchased an airtel simcard and had it activated it from April 01st under CUG scheme as provided to my company where I am working M/s Karvy Group vide mobile No.[protected]. On Saturday 20th June 2009, my outgoing calls were barred and when I had contacted the customer care they had informed me to pay Rs.11000/- which has become due and finally they asked me to pay Rs.6950/- which was paid in cash before 2 pm .But inspite of this, the outgoing calls have been barred. Today I had called up the customer care at [protected] and they informed that the remittance has been updated today morning only and hence this sim card will get activated only within 24 hours.I am also informed that the bill has not been generated at all.

There is nobody to be contacted at Airtel and there is totally a defeciency and laxity of service at all levels. Today I had been to Airtel Panampilly Nagar Office and I had asked the contact no of mobility division and one of the guys asked me if I want to cancel the connection, he will give the application form for the same. Such is the level of service.Very much Worst than BSNL.

Airtel Post Paid — Charging without service/Worst service

Since I lost my mobile I had obtained for duplicate SIM from Airtel company. They charged me for that even after 12 days also its not activate even for this 12 days also they will charge me rent. I call the customer care, send several mails and I went to the outlet but their treating like a fish market customers.

Airtel/ advent communication — excess payment and poor customer care service

Beaware people in delhi, when you take new internet airtel connection, airtel agent : advent commnucation repeatedly annoys by call asking take new post paid connection of airtel. in my case actual advance rental was 995 rs, but that middleman took 1495rs. i came to know only after first bill came. complained airtel since march 23, date of connection and all document is submitted to airtel service centre but no action taken so far. so many call to 121 and always stupid harrasing responce with no vein and so many of email repeating same answer, so useless.
PLEASE BE AWARE from ADVENT COMMUNICATION, and any promoting phone all asking to take airtel postpaid after taking internet.

Airtel — Excess billing without usage.

Sir, I have taken broad band connection on November 2008 under unlimited plan, and my bill was not more than 1500/-. In the month of April.09, I was switched on to limited. ( say 598.00 plan)
It was a surprise that my in the month of May- June 2009 was Rs. 4503.16. Immediately I called the Call Centre (Air tel) to explain how they have generated. In the meantime my telephone was beeing tapped and cross talk was there every time. My complaint was registered. The technical person had told that the bill would have come because of the problem, .

I have a contineous complaint regarding the bill which I have the complaint NO. as under:

In the meantime, one Mr. Syed and Mr. Sajan has called me saying if you MIGRATE to UNLIMITED plan, and discount will given and you can send Rs. 1880/=. Accordingly, I send a cheque for Rs.1880/= and Cheque No:302922 dt. 28/7/09. My scheme was migrate on 04/07/09 accordingly.

On 04/05/08/2009 one Sr. Executive Mr. Santosh has called me saying the bill amount is outstanding.
I explained the whole story and he was asking time to give answer. As a senior most officer who cant' able to settle the mater, where should I got.?

In fact, they have BARD my outgoing calls and my internet was also disconnected.

AIRTEL DATA CONNECTION — ENHANCED BILL CHARGES

I have taken Rs.599/-(1-GB) Data card Plan on 20 MAY 2009 and on 23rd of May I received a phone call from AIRTEL Bill department to deposit Rs. 500/-as a minimum amount as my usage exceeded from Rs. 600/- upto 23rd of May 2009. I deposited Rs. 700/- .After that I made a several request to change my plan to Rs.999/- (unlimited) but my request did not considered and I have been told that It is impossible to change the Plan during the Bill Cycle. My Bill Cycle starts from 8th of every month to 7th of next month. When I made a phone call on 8th June 2009 to 7070 (Data Card Help Line Number) to Know about change of my Bill Plan. But I was surprised to hear that my Bill Plan did not converted from Rs.599/- to Rs.999/- .My Bill Plan, however, been changed immediately on 8th June 2009 and I was informed about this by phone call from Airtel department.
On 31stJuly 2009 I requested on Data Card Help Line Number to change my Bill Plan from Rs.999/- to Rs.49/- plan from 8th August 2009.(i.e. for Next bill cycle) But I am surprised to know that my Bill Plan changed on same day i.e. on 31stJuly 2009 from Rs.999/- to Rs.49/- without informing me on Phone or SMS. Due to This I was using net connection under Rs.999/- (unlimited scheme) upto 7th August 2009 but it was considered in Rs.49/- scheme from 31st July 2009 by AIRTEL and my bill have been raised upto morethan Rs.2000/-
I hence requested AIRTEL to consider my bill plan under Rs.999/- (unlimited) scheme upto 7th of August 2009 and from 8th August 2009.(i.e. for Next bill cycle) to Rs.49/- scheme Till my further request.But
my Bill still not revised under Rs.999/-(unlimited) from 31st July 2009 to 7th August 2009.
I also wants the reply of the following Questions from AIRTEL Which are still unresolved-:
1. Why my bill plan not changed in May 2009 from Rs.599/- to Rs.999/- during the bill cycle?
2. Why my bill plan changed on 31st July 2009 from Rs.999/- to Rs.49/- during the bill cycle?
3. Why I have not been informed timely about my changed plan on 31st July 2009?
