my airtel prepaid no is 9906335038. i have not been able to send sms from this no for the past three months.however i am able 2 receive sms.i hav tried to contact ur customer service but to no avail. may i request you to please look into this matter.
ur sms service is not good. on 04-07-08, i sent a sms to my friend in local area. but u deducted 3 rs. for it. i m a lifetime customer, now i don't think that it was a gud decision of mine to choose airtel for me. bcz ur sms service is of very cheep level

Since 15 July' 2008, I am continiously receiving per day 4-5 mail alerts by Airtel sender 64611001. The details of alerts is as Fallows :
You've been renewed for (TextBasedServices) subscription services on Airtel SMS. You have been charged Rs 1.
I have been continously registered complained at the cutomer care & Head office of Airtel but they are helpless to resolve the problem till date. Due to this, I have already lost @ 125 rupees for the same.
Plz do the needful for deactivation of 64611001 & refund the invalid deduction charged on my Airtel no. 9960965743.

I called up the coustomer service of airtel in bombay for the billing invoice copy need to pay but the coustomer service opertor was rude in talking and disconnect the telephone line and also said his seniors are not on duty and also gave me a number which does not exit i have been coustomer with them for last 9 years, but really sorry for bad service given to me the coustomer service opertor babloo rajver was very rude talking to me no solution
as i told u before also about my messaging service that whenever i switched on my mobile then a one msg rcvd on my sister in law mobile and something like this Sender xxxxxx and in thgis way i am not able to take the advantage of free sms service provide in my plan 199 rental so pls correct this problem as soon as possible otherwise i wiil change my connection
i m a cust of Airtel mumbai, i m really very fedup with this service provider. Mumbai airtel network has failed due to some short circuit in the main network, but this was an stupid reason. As compare to new technologies they can keep their backup for every thing & this can be done by such a big shot company. Seriously they have hardly smashed my faith.

He says I forward To Your Complaint & request no. & Your msg Activate In 24 hours. But Not Activated, I called to daily But same Reply Get. Minimum 15-16 Customer Executives But Nio responce Get. Once a time I go to the Lower Parel Cutomer care, he Also give me A same Reply,

not able to make/receice calls while receiption is good - AirTel
I have been using the service of airtel for last two years. I have rarely faced any network issue wilt airtel. But off late I have started getting huge problem with making/receiving calls. The receiption is good, but still I am not able to make calls, I have to give repeated try to get connected to anyone. Thinking that there could be some problem with the handset, I got it checked and the person checking the mobile confirmed that mobile is working as expected. Any attempt to resolve this issue will be greatly appriciated.

I am airtel prepaid customer from punjab. having number(9915271063) I have a problem that, when i send some one message and if by any reason (message receiver mobile switch off, or out of coverage area) message goes in pending. It fails after exact 1 hour. If have contacted many time customer care, but no benefit.
If we are paying for the sms. Than the company should deliver it. Or company should increase the message validity time.
I, myself, have been facing this problem for more than 3 weeks now. Everytime i call their customer care, i get the same reply- "Change your service center no., switch off & then switch on after 15min."
Airtel has increased it's mobile office rate to 25, is it affordable?It's nt providing good speed and still it is costing me more, as 1day ago it's charging rate for gprs was 15.My point is that if you are not adding to your speed and offers to me, then why airtel has increased it's charges as Rs25 a day.As a student i cant afford Rs25 a day for internet.They can launch schemes for students.If there is recession for them then as a consumer i have face this is not done.

about two and a half months ago (around january 10, 2009), i got a problem in my sim. i was not able to send any message to any number. i have given my complaints to airtel customer care no.s but still i didnt got any kind of response
