Deep Enterpises Pune AMC Contract is just not existance

This is reference to the AMC Contract of Deep Enterprises As per the Bill & the contract they have to visit 3 times in a year but no response also once
Secondly two no given No response
Taken money for the whole year Rs950/- for against AMC Contract which will expire by 18th Mar'09

AMC Contract No is 612 date 19th Mar'08

I have purchased aquaguard one month back and the water coming out without any purification. I registered complaint 10 days back but as on date nobody visited to rectify the problem. I am calling customer care almost daily but getting the same reply and false promises from customer care. I have purchase quaguard by their name and fame but their attitute towards customer is wrost. They are least bothered about customer complaints.
