order placed for a lg microwave with ava. i got the delivery on time but after using the product it started creating some problem.

i called ava for resolution but they refused to assist as the warrenty is covered by LG. I contacted lg but of no use then i again called up ava.

ava assisted me in a proper manner & finally my complaint is resolved. i bless ava for taking care of the customers.

i feel like a valuable customer. i surely place more & more orders with ava for the best quality products...

AVA Merchandising pvt Ltd — The company is a big cheat--not received the ordered product even after 25 days

Hi,
I ordered for a ladies handbag from AVA merchandising on 3rd of September 2008. The order no. is[protected]. I ordered this product through my HDFC bank credit card since I get some promotional offers on my card. The co promised that I would receive the product in less than 20 days timeline but I havent received a single thing from the Co till date. This sounds too fishy for me. Please investigate this issue.

AVA Merchandising pvt Ltd — AVA COMPLAINT RESOLVED

I placed one order with AVA merchandising for a berg multi steamer. i was really not aware that i will be getting a defective piece. after receiving the product i was shocked that the piece is not at all working.

i contacted ava many times & at last my product has been replaced & its fully functional now. i understand that there may be a delay in service but AVA Merchandising is really a great merchandising co. i wish them luck.

AVA Merchandising/Gurgaon — Non-refund of Money

I ordered a polar bear mixer griner from AVA Merchandising in the month of July. However, when i did not received the product till the end of July, i ordered for the refund of money stating that i have purchased a new mixer grinder and i do not need this product anymore. Since then i have been calling up everyday but have not received my refund till date. Everytime i call up, i get a new excuse from the staff there that but madam this is in process and will be done in one week and so on. today when i called up again to check the status, i was told that there is no request for refund submitted so far.

Please advise how to do i get my money back as i am sure by now that AVA Merchandising is a fraud company, neither theyb deliver any products nor do they refund money.

I got information about AVA from citibank mailer in my credit card bill. i had purchased pearl set and silver necklace from them through my credit card on 24 Sep 2008. But both the product when delivered were broken. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money as i was not satisfied with the quality. But the refund is still not done after3 months also.
Consequences Faced : I have been paying the amount to Citibank as the purchase was through Credit Card and also paid intrest on the same. I have been chasing AVA for the refund since last two months

AVA merchandising — Did not get product even after 2 months

I am not getting any prompt feedback about my order, My Order no number is as follows-

I have ordered some items on 13th Nov but still those items are not delivered, but amount has been debited from my credit card on the same day I have called at AVA customer care hundred times but every time AVA executives are giving different reason for delay and assured me that they will call in next 48 hours, but I did not receive any call from company side. Please take action against this fraud company

AVA Merchandising pvt Ltd — Photo frame ordered a month ago and still not received

I am an HSBC Gold card holder and receive the product catelogue with special offer for HSBC holders through AVA Merchandising.On 10th June I ordered the 7inch digital photo frame and told them specifically that I need to gift it for a wedding purpose and my parents are leaving for USA on 8th of Aug from Mumbai so need the product asap.On 13th July my order was booked and I was promised that product will be delivered within 10days anyhow to my given address of Mumbai and I received the sms from AVA with the order number.The order number is HS1138.
Just to reconfirm I called up AVA on 20th July again to reconfirm and informed them about my urgency for the product.They gave me a complaint number which I got on sms.The complain no is c/20/07/09/250.After waiting for 10days I started following up with them.My father simultaneously called them every alternate days as the amount is already debited from my account of Rs 4000/-.
For last 15 days whenever I call them they say that there system is down and they cannot check the status and ask us to call back next day.Till today morning the same answer was given by their illeterate customer care executives.As I was in Delhi last week and AVA is based in Gurgaon, I called them from Delhi to check the status and the executive told me that its already dispatched and somebody will call back on Monday to confirm.Monday, I waited for the whole day but got no call from them.Today being Tuesday, first my father called them and again the answer was that their system is down and they cannot check the status.I was really frustrated with the entire episode as after 2 days I need the product as my parents are flying.I called them in afternoon and spoke to Ms.Neetu the executive.She told me that product is dispatched but cannot check the status as system is down.I told her that being an ISO company how could the company's systems are down for the last 15 days?
I asked her to transfer the line to a senior person but she said she cannot do that and even did not give me the CEO's name.I was frustrated and told her that I am putting a complaint today evening if I do not get a call back from AVA about my product update.She promised me that somebody will call back.I waited till 6pm and to my utter shock some new story was waiting my way.I spoke to Mr.Amit and when i asked him about the status, what did he answer??? Sorry ma'am but we do not have this product available with us in the stock so you order some other product and we will dispatch it in 15 days...I was so irritated that I asked him to give me CEO's name or id to complain.But again he too refused to help me and told me that if I want to take a refund somebody from AVA will call back and will refund the money in 20 days time.As soon as he said this he banged the phone down.
I called back and this time another new guy called Sumit was there.Here comes a new story with new executive- I asked him to transfer the line either to neetu whom i spoke to in morning or Amit whom i was already speaking to half an hour back but he did not transfer the line.So I repeated the entire story.He put the line on hold and told me that my product is dispatched and will take a week's time to get it delivered.This time I lost all my patience as AVA do not have educated executives at first place and secondly they are not even aware of the correct status.I asked him that what is the alternative as I need the product within 2 days.He told me to take a hand delivery from Delhi.I think he was not sure that i will agree on this condition also.As its my requirement and my cousins are based in Delhi so i told them to give the address so that somebody can collect it today or tomorrow.Sumit was not even aware about the process and told me that its not possible today and tomorrow being Rakhshabandhan.I told him my urgency but he said the warehouse is at some other place and office at gurgaon.

I asked him almost 10 times to give me the office address so that somebody from my family can come to office personally and talk to senior and get the product.But he did not give the address and said that you call up on thursaday morning at 9.30 am and tell the executive that you need a hand delivery so they will entertain you. Now comes a twist again...When I said that should i call you on thursday morning so that you can directly help me.He laughed and said-MA'AM WE WILL HAVE TO CHECK THE PRODUCT WHETHER ITS AVAILABLE ALSO OR NOT ON THURSDAY" NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY THESE EXECUTIVES ARE SITTING THERE IF THEY CANNOT HELP ANY CUSTOMER.NO UPDATE ON STATUS, NO UPDATE ON PRODUCT AND NO COURTESY.

My request to all if somebody can help me in filling a case against the fraud company like AVA.tHEY SIMPLY TAKE MONEY THROUGH CREDIT CARD and do not provide the product.Also i would like to appeal to all leading banks like hsbc, icici not to deal with such fraud merchandisers as it creates problem for card holders as we trust these banks.

My money is already gone and if I do not receive the product in 2 days its of no use.Kindly help..
I got Louis quartz watch during travelling through Jetlite Plane on 05/06/2009.It is marketed by AVA
Merchnadising. But it is out of order immediately, It is duplicate. I am not understanding how such type of marketing Jet lite is doing through Ava? So people Pl. be aware.

AVA merchandising — Refund of Money

Hi,

This is in regard of refund of my money for the order which i cancelled.
My Order no was IC25715 placed in May'2010. My customer id was AVA/10/0163660.
Even after calling them for 10 times i didnt got any reply.
The toll free no of them[protected] also stopped working.

Even after 6 months of cancelling my order, i am waiting for my refund.

Please help!!
