[Resolved]  Blackberry — Poor service

I had purchased a blackberry curve handset , Model No: 8620, IMIE No:
[protected]

That aforesaid handset developed problems in audio. I was unable to hear
anything on the speakers.

I had given the same for repairing to one of Blackberry's authorized
service centers in Mumbai, India by the name of Neutron Technology.

The exact address of the service center is as follows:

Neutron Technology, Shop No: 104, First Floor,
Civic Center, Dastur Wadi,
Naigaon Cross Road, Dadar (E)
Mumbai - 400 014, India

I was told that my handset would be repaired within 8-10 days. Now it has
been almost 20 days and I have not received my hand set.

I have tried several times to contact the service center. They never
receive the phone calls. I even tried visiting there after office hours
just to find that the shop is closed by 6.00 pm!!

The phone numbers given in the work order receipt is also incorrect. I am
unable to understand the reason for selecting such an inefficient
organization for providing authorized service on behalf of Black Berry.
The worst part is that there is no link on Black Berry's website where one
can lodge a customer complaint. There is one link where feedback on the website can be sent. When I tried to send the feedback there, it bounced back!!

I do agree with my friend … I was really surprised & shocked when I visited the Neutron Technology, Road, Dadar (E) Blackberry service centre. Few point which I would like to add…
I have never seen just a unprofessional staff …and only one lady addressing all the clients

Very small room which couldn’t accommodate more than 10 people, no a/c in the centre..
Apart from this I had send a mail on '[protected]@redington.co.in' to block my blackberry Model No – 8520, IMEI No [protected], Pin – 22B-49F88 As on 28TH Nov 2010 but till today nobody has taken the courtesy to reply my mail. I even tried call the regional manager of blackberry MR Chtanya on his cell no [protected] having no results.
How can a multinational brand like Blackberry effort to do this…? In fact I really appreciate the service centre of Samsung, Nokia, Sony & even micromax these people really know the value of their costumers…

Blackberry — wrong numbers given on receipt

I had given my bb phone at khar on 23 rd and waas told to contact them and come to collect the phone. However the number given by them is wrong and the numbers registered with just dial as well,

This is a total cheat.

How do i track the status of my phone nw.,I stay t powai and now i have to take a off and go all the way to khar to chk the status.,...this is pathetic service

I had worst experience with my 1st BB (Curve 3G 9300). The battery got damaged in only 7 months and when I visited the service centre at Kolkata (Redington Minto Park, Kolkata) on 5th December 2011 (at 11:00 am), the gate keeper was sitting on the chair of the engineer. He inspected my phone and gave me the mobile number of MR.DEV ([protected]) to buy the battery in cheaper price. There could be some other fault, may be the battery is still ok. The engineer didn't even bother to look at my phone. I have used Nokia/Samsung/SE/Motorola before; but trust me, they never treat their customers like this!

Presently the device is heating up so quickly and the battery standby is only 2 hours. Could you please suggest what should I do? This is my last BB for sure.

I have also given my blackberry 8520 to them but till today there is no reply from them and no one is picking up the phone ...??

This is to bring to your kindly notice that we are really not satisfied with the service level of your Borivali West branch as the contact numbers mentioned are either switched off or it just rings.
I had given the charger for replacement on 01/09/12 and was told to me that after 10 days I will get replacement by Rupesh but when we visited the service centre now he is saying that again it will take 1 more week which is really not accepted as now it’s 15days and still you have not arrange for the charger replacement.
In this service centre the staff is also not co-operation.
He have mobile no [protected] of Mr Chaitanya Kancha but his cell is also switched off, see the level of your service centre.
Hope this issue will be escalated and the charger is delivered at my residential address.
