i m very sad to have bsnl site problem it can not open anybody due to which my usage is over the the limts hence i took loss due to it

I cannot browse "bbservice.bsnl.in" website, please recoperate it soon.

myself Shailesh Vora customer of bsnl broadband.
i ma using a home plan 250 it may create a problem for me that i am unable to use a "view usage " page to check whether i have crossed my limit or not. but my bsnl account is working and i cann't check my internet usage Please note that problem is created since 1st Jan 2009 when my password was reset
my id is "[protected]@bsnl.in" so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am unable to see my usage records through b b service.bsnl.in

I am using BSNL`s broad band connection combo plan (500per month).I got a huge bill towards the month December 2008, Rs 1767.i am not using internet usually.I am not able to open the usage details.
Last month i got the bill of Rs 449 only.
