I cant open bbservice.bsnl.in for checking broadband usage

I am not getting my ussage details. I tried it several times. Kindly connect it to me for knowing the details of my ussage and accounting. Plz intimate me about the efforts rendered and achieved. Thanking you Sirs. KGR

I am using BSNL Combo 500 home internet service since 18th April 2009.But for the last two months I am unable to observe my monthly usage record through my Portal I.D and password even through data.bsnl.in or bbservice.bsnl.in.Please help for the right procedure.

i ma using a home plan 250 it may create a problem for me that i am unable to use a "view usage " page to check whether i have crossed my limit or not. but my bsnl account is working and i cann't check my internet usage

there lot of disturbance in land line phone when internate is on moreover freqently disconnection of internate connection

i couldn't open the http://bbservice.bsnl.in i want ti check my usage please help me as soon as possible
