cell phone — not getting bill in hard copy in time

I m not getting the hard copy of the vodafone bill on time . Many a times, it is recd after payment due date is over . Pl see to it that, i should get it on time .

Also constantly i m getting teh message that Sim Card Registration failed .

i have done DND 1 year back i want to deactivate this DND service my no. [protected]

Nagar, II Phase, Bangalore 560 078.Yester day[protected]night i was on travel from jp nagar to silk board at 10 oclock through 201 bus. That time after i was get down from bus i cheked my cell phone, it was not there in my packet,i came to know it missed,my cell number is [protected],micromax q3 [protected],[protected] with 2GB ,so i kindly request you please search, and give me sir.thanking you sir.

cell phone — by receiving joke sms I am losing money.

my cell no. is [protected] and I am getting sms jokes daily and debiting money from my prepaid amount.Actually I do not opted for it. I am getting from 5432101. I don't require this joke sms.please help me as early as possible.

It is is no surprise that stray and crank calls are part of mobile phone services. On the 29th of Nov 2010 i received a missed call from an unknown number. I was in the middle of getting ready and did not realize that it was 12 digit number. it had a the code +92([protected]) in the begining and i mistook it as a mumbai number in a hurry. i returned the call and a woman told me she was from Airtel in mumbai and i have won 10 lakh rupees. i asked why is she giving me a missed call and she complained as to why am being impolite. she asked for my name and i told her that if she is from airtel she should know my name. she cleverly told me that she has to confirm that the person on the phone should be the same as in whose name this number is registered.i told her my name and my fathers name. she gave me the number of a Mr. Surinder Singh who works in Punjab national bank, also a file number and a cheque number. she said i have to call him and ask him what to do next to collect this amount. even though i was suspicious of this call i called the number to confirm what was really going on (i had even mentioned to her that i think i am on a call which is fake since you hear such calls on the radio too). the number was busy and had a busy message in Urdu. I realized then that this was a Pakistani number and confirmed immediately since my balance had reduced drastically close to zero ( because of the previuos call and chat with the lady). I immediately called Airtel and reported this incident.

I urge citizens to be careful in receiving stray calls since the agenda of such people is clearly anything but good. In the opinion of my friends such people try and extract information about your bank accounts on the pretext of lottery cash information, possibly something else too.whatever might be their agenda it is anything but good.a friend of mine reported a similar number to me and informed me of having received a missed call from a similar number on the 28th.

I am your customer having my cell No. [protected] since last many years and at present I had complaint with consumer forum. They suggested me to write to you kindly look in to the matter given here

1 I received the message on 12th Sept,2011 “TATA INDICOM SATHE MELAVO Rs.25 MA 40 NO TALKTIME. Rs.20.67 TALKTIME tarat & baki 19.33 TALKTIME (val 15 divas) 3 divasma malshe. Offer fakt aaj sudhi j.”

I recharged my no.with Rs.25 immediately I get the balance of Rs.20.67 but the said other benefit amount in the message is not credited yet.

I also talk with your cust. Care representative but they told me that the benefit will be given to selected numbers only and your no. is not selected so this benefit will not provided to me.

2 Again I got the message on 16th Sept,2011 “TATA INDICOM SATHE MELAVO Rs.25 MA 75 NO TALKTIME. Rs.20.67 TALKTIME tarat & baki 54.33 TALKTIME (val 15 divas) 3 divasma malshe. Offer fakt aaj sudhi j.”

I recharged my no. again on the same date but the same scenario were repeated. And I don’t get the benefit.

My question to you is only if you are not going to provide the said benefit why do you send the messages.

This is my kind request to you to give the above said benefit soon
