With reference to the Credit Card No. [protected] in the name of Rajiv Manocha, I've been billed Rs.4.97 as 'Prorated Debit Interest'.

I would request you to please explain the rationale for same and the methodology for calculating it. Also, specify the same under the 'Terms & Conditions' sent at the time of Issue of Card. I would like to clarify the 'Total Amount Due' for the last billing cycle was paid in total, which was again a grossly exaggerated and fradulently calculated figure comprising only 'Late Payment Fee', 'Service Tax' etc.

I've paid more than a thousand ruppes in Late Payment Fees owing to your poor payment mechanisms, and to continue with the same I've been getting this message since morning while trying to pay the credit card dues

I really curse the day I took this pathetic card with rock bottom service standards from your bank, the hold time at the call centre is always in two digit number of minutes and the customer care representative dont have an idea about civilization and basic human courtesy.

You guys have really made a new low in this industry, kudos to you now that it'll be really tough for others to occups the bottom slot and they can always be happy about not being the worst.

Credit Card — Credit card bill paid but still getting bill

I have payed my Credit card bill including fore closing EMI . As i have paid the bill through cash i was levied 234 bugs . since i was waiting for the redeem points
so that i can cancel my card, next month i have recieved 600 bugs as fine. I did not understand why my fine is getting more than doubled every month, that too tax is not for credit card for paying the credit card through check. now my bill has come to 2213 RS.My Credit card number is [protected].I have even blocked my credit card. kindly look into this issue.
I dont know hiw much willl be my next bill also.. Even the customer care people are not helping me out in this.

Credit Card Statement — fraudelent and inflated bill for Nov.2008

My customer ID is 3010267. I have received credit card statement for Nov. 2006. It contains some transationcs which I have not done. For 07/11/2008 returned cheque payment fees have been levied for Rs.250 and service tax as Rs. 30.90. I have not issued any cheque in the month of November so there is no question of returned cheque payment fees. ICCICI is inflating the bill so as to harass the customer. That is why I rarely use this credit card. I do not understand why the bank levies charges when no transaction has taken place. It is only to discourgae us from using the card. If it is so, then I request that my credit card may be cancelled after I clear your dues.

Credit Card — Recurring Phone calls even after making payments

Its a sorry state that even after making payments, and confirming that its updated in your system, your franchisee or someone from your off keeps calling again and again to get the details of the cheque and other related.

Its a worst state, why should we go in for Credit Card of such reputed bank, if such service is expected???

I have received a collection call from Delhi wherin they asked to pay for something which I was not aware at all. They said that I have used a credit card but when I asked for displaying the documents where I have taken it they refused directly.
They are threatning me. Pls suggest what to do.

This is to inform you that somebody has fradulantly booked tickets through my above mentioned credit card as on 06/12/2008.You are requested to take note of this and cancelled the said tickets immediately.

On 18.12.2008 at 10.14 AM I have received a call from phone no.30584746. The caller was Shri Aman Verma (Personal Contact No.[protected]). Shri Verma told me about the payment of Rs.140000/- against SBI Credit Card. I talked with Shri Verma about 20 minutes and he talked with me gently. First I refused for payment because I have not received the Credit Card so far but ultimately the harassment from the SBI Credit Card officials again and again I told Shri Verma please settles this case any way. Shri Verma first told me that the settlement amount will be 50% (Rs.7000/-) and after requesting he told me for Rs.3200/- then Rs.2000/- then Rs. 1500/- but ultimately Shri Verma settled and agreed for Rs.1000/-. I have paid Rs.1000/- by Cheque No. 508244 dated 18.12.2008 in the name of SBI Card No. [protected] and handed over to Shri Vinod Kumar (person send by Shri Verma from SBI Card). Shri Verma told me that I will receive no dues certificate within 2-3 days.

I have not received the SBI Credit Card but I am paying for this because I have applied for SBI Credit Card (Card No. issued to me [protected]). Receipt No. 12741956 is also enclosed.

Hope, now I have escaped from SBI Credit card. I am also requesting you if in future by chance I will apply for SBI Credit Card please cancel my application.

Letter sent to you earlier in September 2007:
This is in continuation of my earlier letter dtd. 7th April 2007and 18th April 2007 but I have not received any positive response from your side also. I have already talked with your people so far that I have not received the card but continuously I am getting the phone calls from your SBI. On 7th June 07 I have received a call from Shri Sachin[protected] I told him complete story and he assured me that he will help me but after that he never called me. On 11.8.07 Ms Charu[protected] talked me about the payment. When I told her that I have not received the card and before that I have talked so many people of SBI, then she told me that I know about your case and we want a settlement that you pay only Rs. 430/- and we will close the file. But after that I have received a bill of Rs. 9212.73. Today on 8th Sept I have received a call from Ms Shishita[protected] and told her about the card not received by me, she told me that I am telling lie. I explained her and after that she disconnected the phone. Now I am asking from you, who will help me. In this regard I have already talked with Ms. Deepa, Ms. Laxmi, Ms. Pratibha, Ms Hina, Ms. Saloni, Ms Sharmila, Ms Kanchan, Ms Puja and Shri Pradeep but nobody wants to help me.
i have applied 4 credit card i want to knwo the status of the card. if you could not able to reply pls do the send the executive to the collct the doucment from the customer.

Your record shows that I have Two Cards with me and i am using only One Card
No.[protected] and there is balance to be paid and the due date is 06.01.2009 and i will pay

using this Card since long time that you can verify in your records and i have some deposit is there in

Credit Card — harassment by SBI Credit card staff

Dear all,

Somewhere during the year 2004, I was just filling petrol in one of the petrol pumps in Malleswaram, Bangalore and at that time, some agent, approached me with a request to buy an SBI credit card and he gave some forms and got all of them filled up. i received the SBI credit card a few days later, and i started using the credit card. in the first billing, apart from the items i bought through the credit card, to my utter surprise, the statement contained insurance premium and other charges and immediately i called up the SBI customer care and informed them and they said that it is mandatory to pay the premium. I was shocked and i only paid the amount towards the transaction i had made and i did not use the credit card later. from that day onwards, the SBI cutomer care people have started harassing me by sending SMS's, making telephone calls, threatening me, and also they are very arrogant when they talk on the telephone. as per the present statement, the amount as the claim has accumulated to Rs.6000/- plus ( all this is insurance premium and other charges). My card has been blocked for the past 4 years and so i am not at all using the card. but they show a balance of Rs.6000/- plus. I wrote several letters to Mr. Baradwaj Ryali, Gurgaon and also to several SBI card Payment assistance units. But they have been harassing me till today by making telephone calls, at odd hours and threatening me. SBI card is a big fraud and if the customer care of SBI card does not stop this propaganda, i would be forced to go to the Press and take legal action. even though i requested them to close the credit card, they have not bothered to do so. They are using unparliamentary words on the telephone.

Public, be aware of fraudulent activities of SBI Card.

Credit Card — Charged without informing

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am holding Barclays Card ( [protected]) and have no outstanding as i have never used it and the collection department is calling everyday and troubling me asking to pay the amount as the statement is showing due amount in their data.

On receiving the statement i was shocked to see the amount charged of Rs 6741/- against the some holiday package which i have never asked to do so.

However in spite of me being out station on an official work i had taken the pain to call up customer care to clear myself and wanted to inform them to void the charges,

Here starts the process

1. First i had called up as per the number given in the SMS[protected] and the response i get is to call customer as its not the right department then i had been given the number[protected].

2. On calling the above number ( as normal practice i had to go through a test to get the live tone of human being) then they give me one more number and informs me to call up priority circle and the number given is[protected].

3. Finally i had spoken to Ms. Nisha and i had earlier informed her that what all happened and without utilizing the services no one will pay the so am i and then the lady said that she will not able to cancel and i have to pay the amount. ( this happened around 11.38am on 07/01/2009)

4. i had asked the lady to put me to her manager then they said they are not supposed to speak to the manager and the most she can connect to the floor team leader)

5. i did speak to the floor team leader and explained the entire story and he said he can't do anything and asked me to call on Saturday and can't do anything more)

As being out stationed i had thought even if costs me i will get rid of the calls from the collection (calling from mobile to landline as I had no option)

Finely I request the Barclays card to void the charges and deactivate the card as I feel it’s not safe to use the card anymore where the supporting customer team insists and forcing me to pay the amount whatsoever.
