Credit Card — IRRATIRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR BY RECOVERY PERSON

MY SELF MANISH SHARMA AND MY CARD NO. [protected]. I AM HOLDING HSBC CARD FROM MARCH 2007. DUE TO SOME PERSONAL PROBLEMS I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THE MONEY FROM THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2008 BUT NOW I WANT TO GET THE SETELMENT DONE IN NEXT 2 MONTHS FOR THAT NOW I AM ARRANGING THE MONEY.

I have icici bank credit card from long back but last month the company had charge me approximately Rs. 600/-for ove limit charge, but as per the rules of the company in case if the person exceeds the limit his transaction must have declined. so firstly i want that amount back.
Secondly in current month bill i found that there r charges of Rs. 950/- had been levid as intrest charge & service tax i had never withdrawn cash from my c.c. a/c sao i am not suppose to pay the intrest so i want the reversal of this amount as well as soon as possible.

This dinesh here i got two c c which was block since last 6 month, I went banker for setelment i did the same what they said but noe think if my name is in defalter list do i get any loan or not.If its fine i got setelment letter from bank.It happened becoz of some finanacial probplem please help me

Credit Card — decline of card more than once

Hello,
Me Prasenjit sukul, after call from front dexk of HSBC I applied for credit card. The call center person confirm that will surely get the card and took documents . the documents were -My address proof, My office Id proof, Visiting card.
i told to the person that I have changed the bangalore recidence but I was confirmed that it is not a problem.
Then on 13/09/08 i received a SMS at my phone with reference number[protected], then again on 15/09/08 I received anathor SMS with refernce number[protected].
Now on 19/09/08 I checked my application status wich says that my application is declined.
I want to know the details for decline.

Credit Card — undue levy of charges

I regretfully inform you that your your credit card division are un necessary harassing me, this is the third time when the bank had laid late payment charges in my account and service tax on that. this time i am definetely going to take a very seviour action against you. you can check my history that with in four years every time payments were made in advance.
So, look into the matter personally and reverse the undue chages laid in my credit card account at the earliest

Credit Card — fraud done by abn amro bank personal and courier boy

i am attaching details to u .bank is supporting bank person and courier company is supporting courier boy.bank is mentally herrasing me by giving me calls of threatning me and recovery deparment is also harassing me and threatning me.i have made police complain and sent advocates letter to bank but they dint replied my issue is published in times of india also

My aviva life insurance policy premium is claimed to be paid through my credit card as on 7.04.2008 whereas my account with aviva is not reflecting the same and the credit card statement received by me shows the balance of Rs.1969.15 to be paid by me. Credit Card — CARD DECLINED

COMPLAINT: SBI STAFF RESPONCE FOR CARD NO-[protected]

I AM HOLDING SBI CREDIT CARD FOR LAST 3 YEARS, AND MAKING REGULAR PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH, MAY BE FEW OCCATION I HAVE DELAYED MAKING PAYMENTS, BUT NOT MORE THAN A WEEKS TIME, THEY USED TO CHARGE LATE PAYMENT CHAREGS, SOME TIMES WRITE IT OFF ALSO. FEW OCCATIONS THE DELAY WAS ONLY DUE TO SBI FAULT, I USED TO DROP THE CHEQUE AT DROP BOXES, THE SBI PERSON COLLECTING THE CHEQUE FROM DROP BOX WAS NOT REGULAR I FEEL. THIS MADE ME PAY LATE PAYMENT CHARGES ALSO, UNFORTUNATELY I HAD DROPED CHEQUE AT DROP BOX FOR RS-10850=00 WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED TO SBI EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS, I WAS HARRSED BY SBI STAFF EVERY DAY, AND FINALLY THEY TOLD ME ISSUE ONE MORE CHEQUE, THE SAME WAS DROPED IN OTHER DROP BOX, IN NEXT 2 DAYS I RECEIVED SMS SAYING THE HAVE RECEIVED THE EARLIER CHEQUE FOR THE ABOVE AMOUNT, SINCE I HAVE DROPED ONE MORE CHEQUE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT, I INFORMED SBI STAFF I WILL BE MAKING STOP PAYMNET, THE REASON FOR MAKING STOP PAYMENT AS MY CREDIT LIMIT IN MY CARD IS ONLY 16, 000 WHY I SHOULD MAKE PAYMENT FOR 21, OOO. THE FIRST CHEQUE GOT CLEARED, THE SECOND ONE WAS NOT HONERED.
I RECEIVED STATEMENT WITH LOT OF DEBITS, AS PER ME I HAD TO CLEAR BALANCE OF RS-6000=00 ONLY WHICH WAS CLEARED IN NEXT BILLING CYCLE, I HAD TO MAKE MANY CALLS TO SBI TO WRITE IT OFF THE DEBITS RAISED IN MY STATEMENTS, AND THE PERSON WHOM I CALLED OVER PHONE TOLD ME THERE IS NO BALANCE ON YOUR CARD WE HAVE TO MAKE SMALL PAYMENTS TO YOU, LATER ON I RECEIVED STATEMENT SHOWING BALANCE OF RS- 105.00, HOWEVER I MADE THIS ALSO BY ONE WEEK DELAY AS I WAS TOLD NO BALANCE, UNFORTUNATELY I RECEIVED ONE MORE STATEMENT 400RS LATE PAYMENT CHARGES, BETWEEN THESE DAYS I WENT TO USE SBI CARDIT CARD AT BUNK FOR RS-1600, THE MACHINE SHOWED AS DECLAINED NOT TO HONOUR, I THOUGHT ITS MACHINE PROBLEM, THIS REPETEDLY HAPPENED, IN SOME OCCATION I HAD TO USE OTHER CARED TO CLR BILLS. THIS IS WHAT SBI CARD DIVISION IS DOING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS CLEARED ALL THE DUES, I WANT A LETTER FROM SBI STATING THAT, THERE IS NO DUE IN MY CARD. KINDLY LET ME KNOW.
