ELBEE courier — Not delivering my parcel | |
I purchased some product online from indiatimes shopping.com on 30/09/2009. Two of three products were shipped to me via TNT courier but the third one is via ELBEE courier and still not delivered. I called up the customer care of elbee almost 100 times but no rescue. Everytime they promise to deliver the product in next 24 hours but i am still waiting. My AWB no is[protected]. Kindly help. But till now I have not received the same parcel.I also came across to know that your concerned branch office is not here in this zone i.e. Darjeeling. So, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and let me know the further perusal to recover my parcel.
