EPF India - My PF Settlement Claim

Hi,

My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi North office on March 25th. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

My PF number is : DL/27703/3370

Hi,

My PF Claim

Hi,

I have worked with a company BIPS SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. I have applied for my pf withdrawal in August 2010. But still i am not getting any positive respone from that company.
Its almost going to be 9 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the company.

Dear Sir,
Subject:Regarding P.F.Claim Not Settled.
Reference No: MH/19784/617.

As Per the above Subject I Have not received the P.F Settlement Claim, and Asked serval times to our office Comart Lithographers Ltd regarding the issue and after several enquiry from office it was informed from the P.F Office that my P.F Claim is transferred to bank and the details are :Cheque No.94165 dated 30.01.2009 Rs.23, 507/- and the other cheque No.248511 dated 30.01.2009 Rs.11, 500/- is sent to bank but the cheque amount is not deposited to my account. But still i did not receive the amount in the bank and the bank people saying that we sent back the cheque to mumbai P.F Office they did not clear the cheque and retrun it back.

Sir, my humble request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful without any further delay and do the process at the earliest. i am waiting for you'r repley.

sir i was working with PLETHICO PHARMACEUTICALS.INDORE FOR MUMBAI BRANCH BUT ALL A/C WAS CONTROLLED FROM INDORE HENCE I HAVE SEND MY APPLICATION FOR PF TO INDORE OFFICE FOR SIGNING PURPOSE TO DAY 1+1/2 YRS PASSED TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY STATUS REPORT OR NO PF NEWS .HENCE KINDLY GUIDE ME PROPERLY TO GET MY PF AMT START IN MY STBKI, VASHI NEW MUMBAI A/C.

Ref to the above, Last 2 1/4 years I have worked in M/s. Prem Nath Diesels Pvt. Ltd., Chennai branch. My EPF amount taken salary by head office M/s. Prem Nath Diesels Pvt Ltd., New Delhi head office. So, I have make complaint to you.
