[Resolved]  Epf Kandivali Office, Mumbai — EPF settlement

Sub : Non-receipt of my P.F. amount even after submission of Form
13, Form 19 and Form 10C vide my EPF NO. MH/42873/2679.

Dear Sir,

With ref. to the above, I would like to inform you that, it has been outstanding for a long period inspite of consistent pursuance to your relevant EPF Regional Office from time to time .

Sir, although the aforementioned forms were submitted to the concerned place On 18/03/08, 29/09/08 and 29/09/08 respectively, afterward even after reminding them severally, they are seemingly heedless about my concern.

In this situation, I would like to request your strong intervention in this context, so that the matter could be wholly resolved in as soon as possible.

2.) Company gave me Form No.3A against my claim of p.f.a/c.3.)Same form in original ie.3A was sent to Sub Account Office, Plot no 222, Sector-3, Poinsor Market, Kandivali (W), Mumbai-400067.through Registered A D post on dated:-04/04/2009.4.)So for neither i have got any amount nor any communication from your office.Kindly look into the matter so that i get my amount as soon as possible.

I was told that i would get my PF AMOUNT max in 3 months.but i didn't get any call, any message, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone (now the office phone no is out of service).

Dear Sir,

Earlier I was employed with Warren Pharmaceuticals - A Division of Indoco Remedies ltd Mumbai. My PF NO is MH / 16411 / 1475. My PF form was submitted to pf office on 4th Feb 2009. Even after 7 months there is no news about my pf settlement or any letter from from pf office or from my company.

Kindly help me to know how long will it take to get my claim & do the needful at the earliest.

I Rabindra Sharma realsed the previous company M/S Pantaloon Retail India Ltd on 25.05.2007, they declare against PF no MH/38491/14832 but till date not received or settlement any PF Amount .
Also note that Mumbai PF Office already receved all documents from above Company on 22.04.2008.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my pf on 12/03/09 through Mumbai office as i reside and worked in Hyderabad branch of Mumbai based MNC / ILFS group company.

My PF No is MH/37363-B/1717 .

It is almost eight months.I wish to understand why is it taking so long and what is the best and surest way to talk to a live person at your reception or board line, because in spite of so many calls there is no live voice to answer or pick up the phone.

Would highly appreciate your swift response in providing the necessary information as to when will i get the pf amount credited in my bank account. Hope the situation is not so pathetic in Mumbai for work to be movig at such a slow pace, its high time you need to understand the common mans problem and reciprocate accordingly. Appropriate push needs to be driven to the work force on completion of the needful as many o[censored]s are dependable on this very important aspect majorly until we get a new job to survive in this so called recession driven system of things which is majorly hitting the middle class like me and many other across the country. How on earth and where is the progress we are speaking in this daily and happening growth of communication and technolgy, you need to pull up your staff and ensure smooth progress.

This is not to demean or with no offences against anyone, but 45-60 days being the time to get the needful and its almost nearing a year that seems or sounds unreasonable and unfair.

Hence sincerely look into this matter and fix the needful practically for humans and humanity sake.
