Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I want to complaint against Eureka Forbes about AMC of my water purifier. The detail of AMC is as given below

THE SERVICE PERSON CAME TO OUR HOUSE & SERVICED OUR PURIFIER. BUT AFTER SERVICE THE CONDITION OF THE PURIFIER GOING BAD TO WORSE. I PURIFIER IS CONTINUOUSLY LEAKING. WE CALLED THE PERSON SEVERAL TIMES .BUT HE IS NOT PICKING THE PHONE .

I have serious complaint. At the time of selling the product they gives the big promisses & exellent features of the product. While at the time of services they gives you a different story, for example...

I was told (in writing) that I will get life time free service only you have to pay charges for the parts.

Machine I Nova gives the indication before need service.

As per service people above facts are not true.

If I will not get the proper clarification for above I will go the GRAHAK SURKSHA.
It's only been nine days since the installation of Aquaguard RO-Reviva at my home. The very second day I noticed that the so called pure water being stored in the transparent container had some suspended particles in that. I immediately called their Delhi Customer Care No. and registered the complaint. Two days after registering the complaint a service engineer from their nearest service cntre attended the complaint and found that the external filter of the RO was wrongly installed.He left my home after promising to return next day with a new filter. I have been waiting for this chap for the last two days but he didn't show up again. I spoke to one Mr. Rawat at Sant Nagar HO (Delhi) of Eureka Forbes also but he too couldn't keep his promise of attending to the defective unit yet.

was purchased in the month of July. Now it is not functioning properly. I called on the service center Madurai on 05.02.2010. But I was told that only on 08.02.2010 the problem will be attended. If your are going to extend the this type of service. I will be reluctant to go to consumer fouram. At the time of purchase your sales person knocking our door at 5.30 in morning but your service team is least bother about service aspect. Kindly look in to the matter and avoid such discrepency in future. Looking forward for your reply at the earliest.
Root cause of lack of service is in lack coordination between call center, Eureka Forbes Service Department and Service Subcontractors. Process Flow is like this: A call is registered by BPO firm. Calls are updated in Eureka Forbes systems at regular interval. Call scheduling and assignment is done by Eureka Forbes and then Service Subcontractor is intimated

(1) BPO / Call center do not receive intimation of call assignment. So no information is available

(2) Service Subcontractor has no access to Eureka Forbes system and the contractoro soly rely on communication.

This is utterly pathetic

Eureka reviva — Service still not done

this mail is regarding my complaint against Eureka fobes reviva water purifer service complaint,
At the time of purchase they confirmed there will be free service for each 3 months for one year even after 4 months i call them and booked for service but still even after 8 months time they never turned back why this happens to commam people ....

I wish I had seen this forum before I purchased Eureka Forbes Crystal Unit. I wouldn't have purchased the same. Eureka Forbes service is pathetic. I have been calling them for the last three days and have spoken to Sarala, Akila and a few guys. Everyone give the same line "someone will come to your house sometime" - huh. This morning I asked for their manager and ended speaking to their team lead - Mahesh, who is no better than their service reps.

This is all from Chennai.

Can someone suggest how to take this to the next level - escalate it to the higher-ups ?
I am using eureka forbes water purifer from past few years . Eureka Forbes — The Machine is leaking since the day one no action on the complaints registered

The Machine is leaking since the day one. No action taken by the company on the complaints registered. The machine is under warranty. The call centre executive just not down the complaint and do nothing.
Even comaplaint in writing to their website/email doesn't works.
It is very pathetic situation.
Please don't ever buy a Eureka Forbes product.

Eureka Forbes — Not Changing of Water Valve

Some Eureka Forbes persons had changed the valve of my water supply to the purifier. This was after I had called 3 times (in spite of my having a warranty contract signed with them).
The valve broke down within 2 days. After another 3 calls, both to the service center (Venkatachalaiya Service s near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore) and the Eureka Forbes center, they sent one person to fix it.
It has AGAIN broken down, and my calls are of NO USE.

I think these people are the worst in terms of service. Won't ever use there product again.
i bought a trendy steel on December 2008. after one month it gave problem in cord winder switch, which was not working properly. after repeated complaint the mechanic came and put a part in the machine. then the off/on switch gave problem. again on repeated complaint the dealer send a mechanic, who gave a direct connection to the switch. and after two month in July 2009, the machine stopped working permanently. here i would like to say that after repeated request neither the dealer took any step to repair the machine nor give any satisfactory reply. this shows the poor customer service of the company, which will certainly show its effect after some years with a permanent shut down of the product.
I just bought a forbes water purifire, after a week using the purifire our children in our home got hight fever and i brought water sample to DOH for Bacteriology Examination and the result is Positive in Fecal Coliform bacteria. and it cause many desease, ?How can I turn this back to the company and the payment i pay, , cause our children is now confined in the hospital..Please coordinate this problem.I already coordinate the DOH for this complaint.
EF after sales service is very bad, after so many reminder they are no bother.
EF is cheating to customer. Your service Engrs. are always busy without doing nothing.

I will never by Eureka Forbes product in future.
I fully agree with the poor quality of Eureka Forbes customer care. Not only the customer care is useless, so are its dealers & service engineers. They are way behind other market competitors. It seems that they believe in selling the product once & then forget the customer forever.

I wont suggest anyone to go for Eureka Forbes. One needs to have great patience to get the issue resolved.

I resided at Anaparthi, near Rajahmundry of East godavari district, Andhra pradesh. At the time of entering into service contract with Eureka forbes, they said they will come and check the water purifier once in every six months with out reminding them. Now, they are not lifting the phones- the phone numbers which they have given at the time of signing the contract of service.I am unable to understand to whom I have to send the notices other than the Managing director.
I bought eureka forbes Vijay model from Big Bazaar, Thane on[protected].Right from the first day the complaint started. The flow of water was so weak that it took almost 10 min to fill a glass.Then some charcoal like particles started coming out of the purifier after which the flow completely stopped.When we complained a guy named Sanjay told straightaway that what I was lying.When I contacted his boss Mahesh, he sent over a Mr.Pandey who promptly opened the machine and told Mahesh that machine was okay but there was problem in water supply.I was surprised as in 8 years of staying here I had heard this for the first time and all apliances are working properly.Also nobody else has a problem with their purifiers.
.Pandey continued talking all types of nonsense untill threatened with consumer court when he said that he was not even a technician.Mahesh kept on insisting that we buy a motor and offered to send a true technician along with one.He is yet to come.
My experience with these people told me that they are taught to lie as their formal training.
Please do not get cheated out of your hard earned money with these crooks.

Yes Eureka forbes is worst in attending customer service complaints. They employ useless fellows as sales men who does not know ABC of the product.Their customer cell is care less in attending the customer calls.

I was approached by Mr. Narendra Tiwari ( marketing representative of Eureka Forbes ) on Sunday ( March 7, 2010) for purchase of "Infiniti" model of water purifier. He insisted on 100% initial payment and also highlighted the fact that the fitting of the water purifier would be done by the company's technician(free of cost). He also personally viewed the space where the purifier had to be installed. Not only that he promised to deliver a "cover" and "pipe" along with the purifier. It's four days since he took the cheque but no response from his side except for delivering the unit at my place. The technician who came afterwards(on repeated follow-ups) says that it is not his job to make ammendement to the water inlet and a plumber for executing the same has to be deployed by me. After making repeated attempts to call the sales person (read " Mr. Tiwari"), he did not bother to even pick up his phone since his job was done ( of collecting the cheque and meeting his monthly targets and cashing on the incentive from his employer).

I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and pursued MBA. I am often quoted in newspaper like Economic Times and business channels like CNBC ( Links for both of them given below).

I think it's high time I need to change my good opinion about Eureka Forbes because as rightly said, " A man is known by the company he keeps and similarly a company is known by the men it employs." I can only wish all the best to Eureka Forbes for employing people like Mr. Narendra Tiwari.

Eureka Forbes does not have sales stores and it's biggest strength is the door step service. If the company fails to provide that, what makes me recommend this product/brand to others?

I hope, unlike in the past, this humble request of mine does not fall on deaf ears.
