[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Reiterating Poor Courier Co chosen by ICICI

The service provided by express courier is below par.For instance they left my new credit card from the bank outside the door and left.Now this is crazy.Anyone could have picked up the card and used it.I still wonder why ICICI continues to use Express It services.I belive indian post is much faster and safer than Express IT!!!

I received a sms from expressit with details of #1084976 airway bill no.[protected] on dt.08.05.08 7.35pm.I immdiately call to[protected], but not any person attend the call, next data i.e today call again this no.mr.aman attend the call & answer your courier returnrd in case of not proper address or contact no.2nd time i'm facing this type problem, last month my courier returned without any intimation or contact.Bank given the proper address & contact no.on the docket.non delivery of this docket i.e icici statement i am facing many types problem

kindly improve your service & contact with customer if the address uncomplete.

They actually dont even try to deliver. It is awkward if we say we dont receive couriers from them. Instead those who receive couriers post your experiences as they are rare as a diamond. Those who received are those who have experienced the unexpected and unimaginable... They can try for guiness records and BELIEVE IT OR NOT shows...!!!

Express IT sucks. I got three numbers from ICICI call centre. One was switched off, the second was not valid and the third remained unattended even after 30-40 attempts. When I called up ICICI call centre and apprised them of the situation, I was surprised to know that they were pretty aware of the fraud that Express IT was involved in. Its surprising that even after knowing that the service is so pathetic, ICICI is still partnering with Express IT. Time for Mr Kamat to take note.

I have also faced terrible problems from Express-IT. They never received the call. In spite of reporting it ICICI many times, they never bothered to change the courier service.

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

i have not recieved my courier from ICICI bank. and when I enquired with bank, they said it is returned due to wrong address. Non-Sense. Every other documents from Bank I am getting with the same Address

it is one of the waste courier service i never see in my life.

It is the most pathetic service i have ever seen. Can ICICI stop using thier services.

The custoemr service is never picked up.

I doubt if it is customer service.I received a messgae contact immediately and then i tries fr 5 hours without any luck.

Can you improve????? ICICI you will loose upon customers if you do not

I'm also a sufferer of the Express IT courier. I got one SBI credit card through this courier, that courier guy simply called me and asked me to come and collect my card near a bus stand in bangalore. I was surprised and asked him that why can't he deliver it in the given address. He said he can not find the address. How come other courier guys bringing the courier directly to my address? Recently ICICI bank sent me a card through this courier. Express IT returned my courier siting a reason that my door was locked. I was surprised to find this reason. We never locked out door for the past 20 days in which they were telling that they came. I request SBI and ICICI not to use this Express IT courier.

I've also facing the same problem with the ExpressIt couriers. I requested for the New Debit Card to ICICI Bank. I informed to Expressit courier through E-Mail (As they never pick up their Landline Numbers provided.[protected],[protected], provided to me by them as per return mail) that I'll not be available in Delhi for a long time, so kindly deliver my card to my collegue. I also provided his mobile no. and landline no. But they (Expressit courier boy) went to my given address (Office Address) and mentioned in tracking recored that consignee not available. Even though my mobile no. is also mentioned with address, they never called me up. Still I am waiting to get this card to get delivered at my given address.
So ICICI Bank should go for a good courier company, so that customer should be able to interact with them. With Expressit it is never possible to trace them and the status of your consignment.

Still I am waiting to get this card to get delivered at my given office address.

So ICICI Bank should go for a good courier company, so that customer should be able to interact with them. With Expressit it is never possible to trace them and the status of your consignment.
