[Resolved] Express It Courier — Non delivery of packet and non-reachability of their telephone nos. | |
I got a sms in my mobile no:[protected] that my AWB packet no: [protected] was tried by Express IT to deliver at my residence but could not deliver it. They had given a telephone no:[protected] and asked me to contact me immediately. I tried contacting them at this no. several times but each time some on picks up the phone and disconnects it. This kind of mishief from a professional courier agency is not acceptable. I am amazed what kind of nincompoops have they in thier office who relish playing such stupid and foolish pranks with customers. Will some one get my complaint to the people at the helm of affairs in Express IT please. I am realyy disgusted with their service. Was this information helpful? | |

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!
yes. I have never heard about this stupid company before. Because of this courier compay i had to pay Rs.10000 as an interest to the bank.
